Never worked at all
This item never worked from the time I took it out of the box. This is the second Pandigital item I've purchased that didn't work. And don't bother calling Pandigital for help. I called them eight times and was told, sorry, there's nothing they can do. So if you buy Pandigital, you most likely will be out all your money and stuck with a device that doesn't work.

Low quality image on Pandigital scanner
I purchased a Pandigital scanner from QVC a little over 2 yrs ago and it no longer works (having used it initially to scan only about 25 pictures). Now it will only scan about 20% of the image. The quality was never sharp to begin with but it no longer works. The manufacturer says the product is not reliable if you choose to store it for some time and then try to use it again. This is essentially a very poorly designed product which the manufacturer does not stand by on their limited warranty. I will never buy a Scandigital product again, sorry.

Excellent Product!
The photo, slide & negative scanner is AWESOME! I love it! A+++ It scans photos and negatives very quickly with EXCELLENT quality. The only negative is that I didn't realize it doesn't scan mounted negatives. That's the reason I got it, but I do still love it. I should have read the fine print, my fault!

SO HANDY!
I took this to our family reunion and was able to scan old pictures others brought that I wanted copies of. So easy and fast! My next project is old negative and slides. So glad I purchased this!

i already had the larger scanner but put this in my wish list for the neg. scanner
it went on easy pay and i ordered it- going through my negatives i realized i had photos and had scanned them so i really did not need to scan any of the negatives, so although it is nice i really don't need it. if you have another Pandigital you don't really need this but if you don't- this is a nice one esp if you have lots of negatives and you dont want to spend the money on getting your pictures printed out at a local store. it does a good job.
