HAPPY! HAPPY! HAPPY! I Love my Nintendo Wii with Wii Fit Plus!!! You could probably assemble everything blind-folded. It's that easy!!! The "Demo" or help feature is ALWAYS there! It is so incredibly thoughtful. You won't need to call the neighbors kids to help you out! When you enter in your personal stats, it then tells you where you are height/weight/BMI-wise. It will ask you your goal, and if you submit something unrealistic it will prompt you to reconsider...to perhaps speed up or slow your happy self down. It will take you from there OR you can go nuts all on your own, but it'll still be there for you...either way, you'll want to move it move it! This has to be the best way to shape up...if you REALLY like having fun! Did you know that the American Heart Association has there seal stamped on this product? It's just that good!!! BTW: I'm 50ish+ ;o) 01-05-12
