I purchased this about a year ago, when I first got it it seemed pretty good does print a nice picture if and when you can get it to print, the hand held tablet quit working about
60 days after I got it, just in time for no return, and not it won't print at all unless you
play with it for an hour. Very expensive for the lack of quality, I need another printer but it won't be another HP for sure.

Although I was blown away by the whole idea of this printer, I WAS AND AM TOTALLY disappointed in it. Bought last year and the ZEEN kept losing connection with my network. If it wasn't one thing it was another the touch pad kept going black and finally went out completely. HP needs to rethink and improve on this printer not necessarily the looks or concept but the functionality of it.
I love my e-station. I had a problem with my zeen and called hp and got my problem resolved right away. I like the efax it took a little getting use to but I am very satisfied my faxes being sent and recieved if you send and recieve alot its best to upgrade. The setup was very easy to sync with my notebook.
Great printer. Purchased this printer to replace another Photosmart Printer by HP. I have to say ... Throughly impressed by not only the printer, but the photo quality! Brilliant as always! I also love the idea that I can take the tablet and check my e-mail, get online to my favorite websites and use it as an e-reader. Do not understand the negative reviews....I have had this printer for approximately 7 months and have not had any problems. I love HP and hope that this Photosmart lasts as long as my last one, 6 years. I would recommend this product to everyone and have. Enjoy!

This thing is awesome. Set this up in no time to my wireless and the best thing about this is the great tablet you get with it. I don't know what happened with others but this thing is well worth the money! loads of apps already installed as well. Don't listen to the negative...check this baby out for yourself!!
does not work
My printer worked with my new matching computer for about a week when it suddenly stopped working. Since then I have spent a total of 2 and 1/2 hours on the phone with HP. First, they sent me a replacement reconditioned Zeen (screen) when that didn't work either they offered to send me a reconditioned printer base. Now, I am waiting for a supervisor in the HP complaints department to call me tomorrow....Do Not buy this printer.
I spent 2+ hours on the phone with a HP tech trying to sync this printer with my wireless program and computer. The tech finally said it must be the router. I was left with nothing.
