Nice Laptop I received my Dell about 3 weeks ago and I'm very pleased with the product. Getting use to navigating with Windows 8 is a challenge but I'm getting there! The only drawback is this computer does NOT come with the Microsoft Office software...thus the 4 stars! 04-09-13

Very Happy!! I got this computer after doing some research and this was an excellent deal for my needs. Not only a great price but the tech support that is included. Easy pay and 30 day return policy made this an easy decision. I have had zero problems with the computer. Has a great picture and sound.!! Having owed a Dell for 7 years I trust the brand completely. Windows 8 is new to me...and most everyone else. Just takes a little playing around to get used to it. Just takes patience. It is EASY to switch to the Windows 7 desktop and be on familiar ground. It just kills me all these bad reviews on computers is because of Windows 8. If they paid attention it is always explained that they have the desktop option...oh well. 04-09-13

Windows 8 nightmare I'm giving this 1 star due to the Windows 8! Really have no idea how great the computer itself is...Dell usually is awesome, however, I can't accomplish much due to trying to navigate through the nightmare of the Windows 8. It's like using the tiny phone with the touch screen that doesn't respond well. If you're not fast enough you loose the opportunity and have to start again or end up some place you didn't want to be. Forget trying to find anything other than apps. they are front and center, so if thats what you're after your in luck! Anything else has to be SEARCHED. Had to "search" to get into computer to change hibernation mode! There is nothing to click on to access computer to make changes. Am looking for a different model without "Crazy 8"!! Sorry. 03-28-13

not best puchase I just got my laptop. I do like the laptop but do not like the windows program. It is not easy to use and the PDF program that comes with the laptop will only open one PDF file at a time, which is very inconvenient. I am not use to this windows 8. it is very confusing to me. I think I am going to return it. There is also a ridge of the laptop that bothers me. It is a fine ridge but its enough to irritate my arm as I typ. 03-16-13
