Did not include the usb cable. Am sending it back based on that fact and the negative reviews.

Wanted to keep
I wanted to love this camera, the zoom was great, but when I tried to print any pictures they came out grainy, very little color, so I tried on 3 different printers, and each one the pictures were awful, nothing like what was downloaded on my computer. Loved the different shooting modes,especially the mirror one, The pet detection, no so much, sure it detected the face, but when the shutter went off the cat was already looking somewhere else. So far no camera matches the printed pictures I get from my old trusty digital Kodak...

Wanted To Love It!
I really wanted to love this camera. But, I love some things about it and some things I hate. I agree with other customers. If you zoom in a lot of the pictures are blurry. If you take pictures inside in low light it's gray and grainy. I can never get the flash to work in low light. It keeps saying auto. It takes great pictures outside and in bright light inside. I want to return it but I just haven't made up my mind yet.

Great digital camera at good price
This digital camera was a great buy, I got two, one for my wife and one for my mom. I try the camera as soon I got it and the pictures are amazing clear, zoom work as describe and make awesome pictures. everything work as describe and the price is nice for this type of camera.

Very Dissapointing
I bought this camera to replace my broken Canon.
What a huge waste! I will be sending this back asap.
In auto it shows the "camera moving" icon, basically telling you to stay still. Unless this camera is on a tripod, its pretty hard to stay still in every picture getting taken. Every picture I took that had something moving, was blurry.
I put the camera in the sport scene mode to take a picture of something moving. It was so pixelated.
A complete waste of a camera.

Blurry Pictures when using zoom
I had a Pep Rally at my daughters school yesterday. I was so surprised that the zoom lens couldn't give me a clear picture. The pictures were blurry and it would not focus. I was NOT happy with the quality at all especially when I was not able to take pictures at her special event. I will be sending it back since it didn't preform as stated. Maybe I received a defective one.

So Far So Good...
For those of you having error messages with memory card...You need to reformat the card by connecting to computer and right click on memory/Eye-Fi to perform a quick format, which will cancel out all errors. Hope this helps. I would have given a five star, but I haven't played around with it at length, will report back once accomplished.

Indoor lowlight shots not good
I also wanted to love this camera and there are many features I do love about it. It is compact, beautiful rosy, silver color, easy to operate, and takes beautiful colored outdoor pictures. Where this camera fails is with the low light indoor shots which it was suppose to take. In the indoor pictures I took they were either too dark, too overexposed or sometimes blurry pictures. I could possibly have lived with those shots, but what I couldn't live with were grainy pictures that were not as sharp as other cameras I've had in the past. Even though the price was okay for a supposedly $400 camera the shots were so off that I returned this camera.

Pleased with Excellent Value
I am very happy with my purchase of this camera. I bought it primarily for the zoom, and I used it last week when attending a play with two of my grandchildren. We were sitting about 6 rows back, and the auditorium was in complete darkness. I set the camera on the P setting, used the zoom and took some great pictures of my two little girls! Crisp and clear, great color and clarity. I have not had the issues with the battery that others complain about, but then I am coming from a Canon Power Shot A590 that used AA batteries like they were going out of style, so I am very happy with this one. The only complaints that I have are that it didn't come with an SD card, and that the owners manual is not a handy little book that I can stash in my camera case and refer to when I am actually using the camera. I did take the time to familiarize myself with the functions, and discovered that the P setting might be preferable over Auto, so I am wondering if that is the reason that some people are complaining about picture quality. Also, I had no trouble transferring pictures from the camera to the computer using either the USB cable or the SD card, and then uploading them somewhere else. I will mention that the default setting for the picture quality is high, and produced 32 meg pictures, but that is a simple matter to re-set, so that you aren't having to re-size the pictures in order to upload them somewhere else. It's also the reason that someone might have been able to take only 6 pictures before running out of camera memory, especially if they don't have an SD card installed in the camera! So check your settings.

wanted to love
I was so excited about this camera...when I downloaded the IB software, the wording looked like symbols, not legible at all, and the program would freeze and I had to reboot my computer to close this application.
I am a bird watcher so I tested the zoom out and the result seemed blurry and really light.
I also thought that this camera wasn't easy to learn.

Disappointed
After trying to charge the battery for six hrs, gave up and will return. Hopefully, this will be available
for replacement as I liked all the features and look of the camera. I have another Olympus and love it.

PERFECT FOR ME!
I bought this camera because I want to take close-ups of birds and so far it has not disappointed! I am thrilled with the pictures I have taken and am having fun learning to use the features. Colors are true, details are sharp and in focus. The 'built-in' instructions make using the various features much easier than other cameras I've had. A professional-photographer-friend played with it, used the features and loved it. My only complaints are 1 - no hard copy of the manual and 2 - the battery doesn't hold a charge very long, although that could be because of all the play-back I am doing trying to learn how to use the features. But it is very easy to charge.
