No longer holds a charge
It worked for about 2 charges. It will still charge if connected to the base but the actual device will not charge my phone after it's been in my purse for a couple of days. It's too late to send it back so I'll be recycling it. Very disappointed.

Not What I Expected!
When I saw the presentation on TV. It sounded like it was exactly what I needed. I went ahead and ordered it. Its the perfect size very portable and convenient. The first time I used it and all other times after, the plug that connects to my samsung S3 is very loose so I either have to hold it or lay it on a flat surface and check that it doesn't come unplugged. Also charger and my phone get very hot when charging. At one point my phone just shut off on its own. And very hot to the touch as well.as the charger. And it takes one full charge to charge my phone once. And on the TV presentation the host states it would charge a phone a.few times before having to recharge the battery. Not thr case with mine. I wonder if anyone is having the same problems. Should have sent it back but was giving it the benefit of the doubt!!

Best Little Power Bar ! Took to Grandson's Baseball Game and Every Mom there wanted one! I was so glad I had it, phone went to zero power and had lots to do during game! Life saver! Gave mine to my son, and got 2nd one on waitlist.....can't wait til it comes in! A Must have for busy moms and back up power source! Get two or three....your kids will take yours!

Great product. Great customer service.
This is the best little product. It does exactly what it says. I had absolutely no problem with charging the power bar and using it to charge my droid. And mostly I can't say enough good things about the customer service. I needed to replace the little 3 prong plug (dog chewed wire), so I called customer service, spoke to a "real person" from USA, and I expected to have to purchase a new thingie, but they are sending me a replacement at no charge. Where else in the world does this happen! 100% happy with purchase and recommend it to all.

Best Product/purchase Ever!!!!
The PowerBar is the best product ever!! I have purchased a total of 5 PowerBars and the ones I purchased them for including myself love the battery. It is perfect for traveling especially when you are at the airport. You don't have to search for an outlet because you have your own battery, the wonderful PowerBar. I have also been dealing with the very nice gentlemen that own the company b/c I had to have one of the cords replaced and they sent a new cord out to me right away. I have gotten the BEST customer service from the owners/founder of the PowerBar. There presentation was perfect when they aired on QVC. I am in love with this product and the customer service I get. No one has ever been so nice as to send a replacement cord out to me right away and they did not ask to send the other cord back. This is the best customer service I ever got!! Thank you to chad and Anthony for being so nice and for developing a wonderful product/company. I know they will do great with this product and I sure do hope to see them again on QVC.

easy
i need directions to this i can not figure out how to charge it thur a computer. ? fwhat is the button for? i just need directions, i dont rem if any came with it. but i dont have any now. other than that i have used it and it is great/. can someone send me directiions for it/ i would appreciate it. thanks

Love this!
This is such a great product, it has saved me more than once when my phone has died. I keep it in my purse and have it with me at all times. I never need to worry about not being able to use my phone when I most need it.

Comes in Handy
My husband is constantly complaining that the battery on his phone is terrible. So when I saw this as a OTO, I decided to order one for him ... and myself. Out of the box, I charged it. They say it will take about 3 hours, however, it took closer to 7 or 8. That was no big deal. My biggest issue is with charging it. I wish the docking station came with a plug for the wall. It's not necessary but it would make this little device so much more convenient, as I do not always have access to a computer. The little light came in handy a few days ago when I dropped my keys in the parking deck at work. If it charged tablets and gaming devices, I would have given it 5 stars.

Love it. Wish I saw this before I purchased the bulky mycharge. And it comes in pink. Does what it says. Fully charged my iPhone in less than 1 hour and I still has 3 bars to spare. Flashlight is awesome for the nights you think you dropped something in the movie theatre :)

Use your own cables
Adapters do not fit iPad 4 nor my Samsung phone, nor my iPhone3. It might fit the iPhone if I take the case off, but that is too much trouble to remove the Otter case. I was ready to send back, until Customer Service said for the iPad I'd have to use the existing cable. Then I realized I could use all my existing USB cables. I travel with them already. So I'm going to give it a try. So far only used to recharge iPad and it provided 83% of its power. I appreciate the compact size.

Does Not Charge/Hold a Charge
I was excited to receive this charger to keep in my purse for days when I'm away from my phone charger. Unfortunately, after numerous tries over the course of a few days I could not get this charger to charge up beyond 50%, even letting it fully drain and trying to recharge overnight. Back it goes to QVC.
