love the ipad hate the accessories
The one star is for the accessories bundle,I love the ipad its wonderful but the accessories are horrible, the are not well made and cheap, the stylus broke the first time i used it, and the case/keyboard did not work. the rest were just as bad. I'm very disapointed with QVC !!!!

IPad (Bundle Assessories only)
I love my iPad And I have enjoyed using it practically every day. But as the others have stated, The bundle was not what I expected, keyboard would not sync with my iPad. I tried several times within several days and after about a week I contacted the gadgets department via email. They were prompt and courteous when addressing the issue. After I received my return UPC code, I decided to try it again and it will begin to work. I'm not sure what happened or what caused it to work. I haven't any issues with the keyboard as of yet and hopefully I won't have any issues in the future; in terms of that the miniature speakers, those are absolutely horrible! The sound is not great at all! I don't use it because the iPad sound system works hundred percent better.

Disappointed!
Love the IPad but....accessories are very cheap! For the price I expected good quality accessories. Biggest disappointment was the Bluetooth keyboard. Never have got it to work. Ordered a different case from QVC and am very happy with it. Should have sent it back but liked the iPad too much. If you take away the cheap accessories it wasn't a very smart purchase. First time I wasn't happy with something I purchased from QVC.

Disappointed
I have never used iPad before but don't feel so bad after reading other ratings. Some of the startup info requested was not clear to me so don't know if I did it all right or not since there was no instruction to explain how to answer some of the questions so just guessed. Also the worst was the case and accessories. I went to their website and it said it didn't recognize the site. This didn't sound good so after playing with it a while and not being able to figure out how to do things, I just gave up. Always heard Apple products were easier to use and better. Everything kept asking for a password and it didn't recognize the one I put in but lost track of what it was after a while. Not so sure about Apple anymore. Returned.

Great iPad
I love the iPad and would not send it back for anything. Here comes the BUT, the accessories are cheap. The nub to the aluminum stylus came off. The screen protector was very difficult to apply and had so many bubbles under it I finally took it back off. The folding stand is unstable. The biggest disappointment was the Bluetooth keyboard. The off-on switch broke the first time I turned it on. To say the least I am very disappointed with the accessory bundle included with this offer. Will be calling CS about this issue.

My first iPad
I had to get used to the operations/functionality as I have been a 'laptop' type user forever. I am getting used to it and starting to like it more. But I wish I had MS-Office on it. I tried other productivity apps but did not care for them. I did find out that MS-Office for iPAD will be available in March 2013 (almost bought MS-Office for MAC, but right as I was checking out something told me to first find out if it works on the iPad - and it does not). I agree with other posts regarding the BT Keyboard. The instructions that come are not thorough. Actually this is not Apple but a company called Digital Gadgets. I too could not get it to connect via bluetooth; therefore I had to call DG. I felt very stupid after I found out that I had never turned the switch to turn the KB on to connect to my iPAD. I told DG rep it was a 'dah' moment for me. BUT, there is no indicator that advises if the KB is getting low on the charge, so I turned it off. Let me advise that this tiny, tiny button to turn the KB on is hidden behind the rubber that covers the KB. When I turned it on just for the second time - the tiny, tiny, tiny (had to use a magnifying glass to see what it was, I thought it was lint or a bug or something), I found it was the on/off swtich. I emailed DG and they responded swiftly with a return authorization and shipping back was free. Now waiting on my replacement to come. I could not get the speaker to work with my iPAD but did get it to work with my iHOME. But it was not that much louder than the speakers within the iHOME, but was a little louder; therefore, I just left it hooked up to that. I love the DJ style headphones, the stylus pens. I am thankful that I had the hind-sight to buy an additional BT KB. It is made by INFOtainment. I also bought the INFOtainment Charging and Docking Stand w/Cable, which I love, but can't figure out why my iPAD runs out of charge when in the docking station and I have the docking station plugged in. Overall, I would recommend this product; possibly for an experienced user of the iPAD she/he would not have as many issues as me, but as previously stated I am starting to like it and get used to it, but I still miss my laptop. If I could do it all over, I think I would have just purchased a MAC laptop or a WINDOWS one. Let's see, how do I rate this fairly?

Worst Purchase Ever
The holder that you put the I Pad in to use the bluetooth keyboard is awful.....The one that came with the package would not charge so QVC sent another and it would not charge either so I am sending both of them back. I wish QVC and Apple would get together to make a better product.

Love the iPAD 4
I love the iPAD 4,a very nice tablet but I would not recommend the accessories because the little speaker included was so low in sound even after charging.The keypad I have yet to get to work even after charging,very cheaply made,I couldn't believe Apple made it so cheaply but the case the keypad is made into is very nice I just can't use it because of the keypad.So that is wasted money.I think QVC should get with Apple and exchange these accessories for better ones for us.I have shopped with QVC for about twenty years and this is my first big disappointment.

Huge Disappointment!
Kept dropping Internet connection even though my HP laptop and Nook operate perfectly. Bluetooth keyboard could not "find" IPad. Was told that there would be a charge for me to speak with a technician at Apple support. Bells and whistles - great. Basic everyday performance - not so much.

Accessory pack - not so much
The 2 stars are not reflective of the iPad - the accessory pack was disappointing. I liked the clear plastic protector but you can not use it with the keyboard case so there is really no need for both. The major issue here is the keyboard (which is the reason I purchased). The problem: the on/off swith is so tiny, was really difficult to find and operate & the rubberized portion of the case started to separate from the pleather part - looked like it was glued together, not what I expected in terms of quality. I repacked it for return on the 3rd day because I didn't feel it was a good value. I did not use the speaker or the headphones so I can not speak to how well they work. The major benefit to purchasing through QVC is the 30 day return & easy pay, although return shipping can get quite expensive.

Love ipad Extremely disappointed with keyboard
Love the ipad but had a really hard time getting the keyboard connected, and the on/off bottom -- I have to work at really finding it!!!!
Really sad that Apple is putting this poor quality product with their products!!!!!
It is because of the Apple reputation that I thought this keyboard and case would be really nice and convenient to have and use!!!!
One of the poorest quality products I have gotten from QVC too.

Keyboard/Cover
Would I recommend to a friend? Maybe! Might depend on whether I wanted to maintain the friendship. Here's why:
Some people, including myself, have had trouble either powering up the keyboard and/or pairing with the iPad. I finally figured it out, with some help.
Go to the "Digital Gadgets" website (that's the manufacturer) and read their instructions. It's important that you charge it for the eight hours prescribed.
The on/off switch is tiny! If you can get your finger in there to move it, push it forward for "on." You will see the Bluetooth light come on briefly.
Next is the "connect" button. If you don't get results by pushing directly down on the button, move your finger to the side a bit and try that. My "connect" button was off a couple of millimeters from where it is indicated.
That should do it!
