Way too much money So excited to get but the "stand" was for some other size so that was a waste. Large headset has only one side working - makes terrible sound. "v" shaped stand keeps falling over-useless !! Keyboard difficult to use Charger cord is way, way too short. Who put all this together? Buy just ipad and go from there on your own 04-12-13

My oh my! I love, love my new iPad! One of my best purchases ever! This configuration was a bit pricey, but glad anyway. Trying to install the plastic screen guard was a joke, but I ended up taking my iPod to the mall and paid someone to install a far more superior guard. This is so much easier and quicker to access the Internet than a laptop! 03-17-13

Pretty, but pricey We received this product and were impressed with the retina display. Very easy to see and blew everything else we've seen out of the water. However, the 'package' deal was a bit more money after shopping around a bit. We would've preferred a regular case over the one in the deal. The iPad also isn't the easiest thing to learn how to use (other products are a bit more straight-forward to use), and everything seems to have to run thru iTunes. We just couldn't justify paying an extra $200 or so for the Apple name and going thru iTunes for any app. We prefer a bit more versatility. So we returned it. 01-31-13

Apple to the rescue Received my iPad two days ago and could not get the internet to connect. Then took the iPad to my son's and work but still could not get the internet to work. I was on the phone with Apple and internet provider over three hours total and they were no help. I then took the iPad to a local Apple store and they discovered the ipad was bad and they replaced it no questions asked. Apple's customer service at the local store (Mall of America) was wonderful. They were happy to answer all my questions on how to operate the iPad. The only problem this grandma has now - I'm addicted. 01-25-13
