Not a good value I love the IPad, but the accessories are cheap and you can get better quality elsewhere. The markup on price is horrible. The only good thing about this TSV was the easy pay, but I feel I have to return the package. 02-13-13

cheap accessories Ipad is really nice but accessories are quiet cheap and not worth it, too much for the price... returning it. 01-29-13

defective keyboard The Ipad was fine but the keyboard on-off button is stuck inside the keyboard therefore difficult to turn on. So disappointed and for the price, I expected better. 01-26-13

Keyboard defective! Same as other reviewer. The keyboard doesn't work. It charges for about 2 minutes and then turns off. Also have on/off issues with the ipad. think i will stick to a laptop. 01-26-13

Ipad Good Keyboard Bad This is my first Apple product. I am having a lot of fun getting used to it and setting it up. I will say that it's not as intutive as they would lead you to believe. There are NO instructions in the box. A first time user would probably have a problem with this. I am a long time PC user, mostly self taught and pretty savvy at working with technology so I havn't had too much of a problem getting used to it. Have talked to others who have had problems getting started with an Ipad without help. That said, I really like the Ipad. On the other hand the Bluetooth keyboard not so much. Mine wouldn't even take a charge, but QVC Customer Service is GREAT and are going to send a replacement.. Would have given 5 stars but for the keyboard problem. 01-26-13

PATHETIC ACCESSORIES PACKAGE The joke was on me -the accessories were flimsy and cheap and worthless. The bluetooth keyboard would not charge at all. The dj style headphones fell apart the moment they came out of the box. My iPad would connect to WiFi at home but not at work or anywhere else. The external speaker was cool - that's my only positive. $185.22 for 5 mos on Easy Pad including expedited shipping = $926.10. CRAZY!!I returned it and I am waiting for my refund. 01-25-13

Ipad Is Great Keyboard Stinks My husband ordered this for my birthday got it yesterday love the iPad but the on off switch for the keyboard is already broken... Have to contact customer service for assistance or just send it back... Have been long time qvc customers this is BAD 01-24-13
