Stops working
I love the idea and it holds the ipad nicely BUT it stops working. It was my 3rd one and always the same thing. Sadly have to return and dont think I will try a forth. If you could just use the cord that came with it , it would be great

Stand broke after three months
At first I thought this was a great product. I have not had a problem recharging my Ipad. My problem--the whole stand fell apart after three months worth of use. QVC is suppose to have high quality standards, but how did this one pass?

Faulty product
I am among the many who got this charging/docking stand, only to have it stop charging after only a few weeks of use.There must be a short in the wiring- it has fully charged a few times, but then gives no charge at all.
With all the complaints here, I can't understand why QVC hasn't pulled the product, until or unless the problem can be fixed.
The connection port is badly placed and the slightest movement of the cable changes the 'charge' icon back to 'battery.'
I have written QVC of this problem and also the president of the parent company of INFOtainment,, Quantum Leap Investments, LLC. I see there is a 90 day "limited warranty" on the product.

Real Disappointment
Style is nice, but it ceased to function just as the 90 day warranty ran out ! It no longer will charge my iPad. Good idea, but I think Mr. M. should stick to designing purses!

Going Back Again!
This is my second docking stand. The first one stop working after 2 weeks. It would not charge my iPad. I read the reviews and other people were having the same issues. I really liked the design and color so I decided to exchange the defective stand. What a waste! I just received the new stand a few days ago and the same thing is happening again! Going back and definitely getting my money back this time around! Very disappointed with B. Mak!

Doesn't charge, after 3 weeks, returned it!!!
We had it for three weeks. Cute little device held the iPad beautiful, great for Facetiming but after 3 weeks would not charge at all in case, kept saying not compatible, with Qvc's great return policy I returned it, I even returned it after 30 days, lose the shipping cost but Qvc's great about the return.

Not the best purchase
In theory this stand looks good, however I think it's pricey. It also blocks the volume.
You have to play around with the iPad to get it to "click" so it doesn't slide out. My husband doesn't like it at all. I may return it, I'm not thrilled with it either. I think for it being a B. Makosky, it sure could have been a better design!

Needs Redesigning
I love the pretty red case but I hope Bruce takes another look at the design of this product after reading all the reviews. The volume control is an issue as well as the charging port being in such a hard to plug in position. After a month or two it doesn't want to work properly. My stand will not stay put half way back, it just goes all the way down. It would be nice if it would lock in any position. I have not had any issues of my Ipad2 falling out. Mine is a very snug fit with the adapter bars in. If I were to take those out, I'm sure it would fall out. I do not know if those bars are included with all versions of this product but they are for the ipad2. Great idea Bruce, but the design could still use some work. I am returning mine. If it is redesigned to eliminate the flaws it currently has I would repurchase in a moment.

Charging station needs work
I purchased two stands; one for my iPad 3 and one for my iPad mini. Well, I love the stand design and use it all the time. However, the charging port for the iPad 3 stand is already having issues. The charge connection comes and goes. This is not a problem for the mini stand since it is designed to plug directly into the iPad. I sure wish this was designed the same and I could just plug directly into the iPad but cannot do that since there is not an opening at the bottom of the frame.

Beautiful but dissappointing product
I loved the red stand but I was concerned that it might fall out and I had actually purchased one for my sister and had to return it while I was visiting because the outlet had issues, then 2 weeks later my own stopped charging.

Great
I am a teacher and have all of my textbooks and resources on my iPad. This stand is great to have when using the smart board or sitting at my desk. I love that the charging cord is so long. I have had this over a month and use it every day. It is also convenient when I go to meetings and use my bluetooth keyboard. The stand elevates the iPad much better than the smart cover that I got through Apple. I just wish that it came with a hard carrying case instead of the sleeve. But, overall a great product.
