Best printer we've ever had.
I feel like home printers are notoriously finicky,hard to set up & unreliable; always giving some obscure error. And past experience says that the more bells & whistles, the more it's "supposed" to do, the more there is to break or go wrong...
Seriously NOT TRUE with this printer. Ordered this for my totally-untechie-but-getting-surprisingly-better parents years ago when it was brand new, first wireless printer I'd ever heard of actually, and QVC was rolling it out with a great deal. Plus, the eprint was appealing to me (would it really work?).
It has been our longest-lasting, least headache-inducing printer ever! It's RELIABLE!! A reliable printer, people!! And yes, set-up is easy, photo-printing is amazing, and it's sooo quiet. When I moved out last year I bought a cheap printer at Target for like $40 to get me by. Hasn't worked since day 2. Isn't wireless. I was spoiled by my parents printer. And btw, $40 isn't cheap if it never works!
Anyway! Here I am to order my own! Cant't wait! It'll be so nice to have a reliable, intuitive printer again!!

Wasted Money
Just attempting to set this thing up showed a perpetual cartridge jam which I could not get rid of no matter what I did and how many times I started over. So frustrating and a waste of $100. Shopping for another printer. So mad.

Don't waste your money !
I purchased this because I needed a wireless printer what a piece of garbage it worked for only about 1 month... I constantly had trouble with the WIF and eventually it got to the point that every time I tried to print I got a paper jam! I worked with this printer and gave it every chance I could but in the end the paper jams for every time i tried to print got to me so I took it out and threw it in the trash.... good ridance to garbage ! I am so disappointed in this because I have always loved the hp printers... save your money on this one !

WOW
I purchased three years ago a very expensive HP printer- one of the first "e" type printers. Initially it was not a bad choice. However never could get it to sync with my router, had to go to the usb connection. In short a pain. But... It worked and I chose to not let this hold me back- however as time marched on the printer did less and less and then about a month ago- PFTT nothing- so I called HP and instead of being helpful.. they tried to sell me a printer. a way more expensive printer.
Just installed this printer beautiful easy set up- it came with a install booklet which the other printer did not. and I had instant hookup to the router without having to put in any information! it did it itself. LOVE IT!!!!

Talk about an easy set up! It took all of 10 minutes to get it going - no USB connection needed!

Perfect for the home
It was easy to set up, I love that it's wireless making it so I can place it anywhere. It does everything I wanted and needed it to do. The scanner feature is excellent since you can scan your document and either e-mail it or send it to your computer. I've been using it well over a year and have had no problems and no complaints. I would definitely recommend this to anyone needing a printer for home use.

Fast Printer
The printer works great and prints faster than any printer I had before, the only problem I had was that the printer is not windows 8 compatible! So I purchased an HP 23' all in one, and when I set it up the software would not run on windows 8, so I had to spend an hour and 65 minutes on the phone with HP support to get the drivers down loaded for the printer, but after that it worked just fine, and the wireless capability was a plus because I can also print from my IPAD in the Wi-Fi mode.

Windows 8 makes it Great
Use the online configuration and it's a do all easy to use printer that works wonderfully with Windows 8. Easy Peasy.

A Huge Disappointment!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I purchased two of these and both have extremely poor printing - one right out of the box. Though an old customer of Hewlett Packer HP, there will not be another purchase of this brand in my household.
I have registered a complaint with the company. Perhaps the pricier models will perform better - but save your money in the purchase of this model.
