So good I bought 2
My friend bought 1 at the big box store for $200.00 dollars, mine from QVC was half the price and twice as good, I'm buying him a QVC one right now.

GREAT PHONE!!
I've had this phone for over a year and a half and I LOVE it! You can speak and it types what you say, super easy! Literally my 4 yr old knows how to do everything on it. The service is great, rarely ever do I drop a call. I've had this phone since living in PA and now I'm in Florida and have never had a problem with coverage or signal... even at the beach. The only negative about this phone is no front facing camera to video chat with long distance friends and family. I would absolutely recommend this phone to everyone! And at $99.98 its unbeatable. I paid $179 in June 2010! Virgin mobiles plans are great, BUT make sure if you ever switch your plan that you speak to a LIVE rep... never do the automated or online switch... it doesnt work right! It happened to me twice! But no other complaints, totally happy with this phone : )

Worst purchade ever
This phone and Virgin provider are the biggest disapointment of anything that I have purchased thru QVC.The phone locks up all the time,and after the first month I am not able to connect to the internet.I really don't understand how many good reviews this has gotten.Beware of purchasing this phone and service provider.

Very Nice Phone for the Money
I've been using Virgin cell phones for a while now and find myself enjoying the LG Optimus V 3G more and more since I brought it.
It 's just the right size and as many features that are handy and easly to use. Also, the Virgin Moble no contract phone plans are reasonable.

Great Service, Cheap Phone
It kills me to not give this five stars because I love Virgin Mobile (it smokes AT&T in my opinion)- they have wonderful customer service and the coverage is terrific. The phone itself is awesome...when it works. I'm so glad I got the service contract because I've had the phone for a year and am about to get a replacement phone for the FOURTH time. So I'm assuming I didn't just get a dud phone. That being said, my friend's mom has the phone and hasn't had any problems that can't be solved by taking the battery out for a few minutes. Maybe I'm unlucky. The screen freezes on me. Sometimes it's just the keyboard, but right now it's the whole phone. So, if you get a good phone, this is absolutely a great buy, but take precautions and get that service contract!

Annoying but still pretty good.
This is my first smartphone. My biggest complaint and it's a big one for me is that the phone switches to camera all the time-sometimes when I'm not even holding it. It even takes pictures of my desk or car seat when it's not even in my hand. It happens when I'm texting, browsing, using my Couch to 5K app. It's really irritating.
Other than that one really bad thing, it is a great phone. The sound is good and the screen is clear. I just really hate that camera glitch.

A No-Brainer!
I bought this phone for my college-age daughter. She loves it! We signed up for the $35/month plan, so she has unlimited texting and internet access--including Facebook, Navigator, and Cozi. I am completely satisfied with this purchase.

Would have been great
Well, I'm sure this phone would get 5 stars but when I went in to activate it I got a message saying partial or no coverage in my area. Since they were connected with sprint I didn't think twice because we used to be with sprint and had no signal problems at all. But that was a landline. I should have checked before I bought. Recommend to anyone living in a rural area to check coverage before you buy. So disappointed but I still love qvc. My friends call me the qvc queen. Lol....

freeze phone
I'd like everything about this phone if it didn't freeze up all the time! The battery life is so short also and I'm a bit tired of having to remove battery and reinstall to get phone to work again. I shouldn't have to do this, perhaps I just got a defective one. If I can replace with ease and no more inconvenience I would. It just shouldn't be so complicated!

Nice phone
Love it. Easy to use. Manyh options. Clear displays, easy to use. Clear reception. This phone is good for teens through older adults (like me).

Great Value!
I bought this phone last year (at twice the price!) when we maxed out the number of people we could have on our wireless family plan. I live in s small town and my coverage is fine unless I drive out in the country. I have used this phone to watch videos and to take pictures and video clips and then share them with friends and family. I use it to check social network sites and to send emails. (I especially like being able to dictate my text messages. When I need to use the keyboard, I like the shortcut feature that guesses my words based on the first few letters.) The talking GPS-based navigational system has given me turn by turn directions when driving. There are also hundreds of free apps to personalize your phone. My phone has my scriptures, several free classic novels, an audio book checked-out from my local library, a world-wide radio app so I can listen to my favorite station from London, a bar code scanner, a flashlight , a scientific calculator, and the list goes on and on. When our wireless contract ends this summer, we are all switching to Virgin Mobile and this phone. Two tips: Buy a larger memory card to expand the number of apps you can download and use your car phone charger to recharge your phone is half the time.
