Defective Charger Port
I purchased this phone over a year age in 7/2011 and now the initial warranty no longer applies. As indicated by many other users this phone has a defective charger port so I will have to pay for them to fix their defective part....!!! I don’t think so! I do NOT recommend buying this phone, even if you pay for an additional warranty it’s still too much of a hassle knowing that the phone will only last about a year anyway before the charger port goes bad.

Disappointment
Touch screen is difficult to change with touch. Key board is extremely small and difficult to type without hitting wrong keys. My Boost service doesn't extend to area around my home so I am unable to use phone as primary number, although when I am in an area that gets service, I don't have any problems. In general, I am disappointed in this product and would not recommend nor would I purchase another.

Stopped Working
I gave this telephone to my grandson last Christmas. He loved it but now it won't hold a charge. I will contact the manufacturer to honor the one year warranty that came with phone. I'll let you know it turns out.

Great Phone!
I purchased this phone for my sister who is already a customer with Boost Mobile. Her other phone was a Blackberry and she complained constantly about how the device didn't work. It was nothing for her to be on the phone with you and the call would drop for no reason (and her cell phone is like her lifeline). As I mentioned previously, I was tired of her complaining so I looked for other alternatives. This phone had a lot of good reviews, so I decided to give it a chance. I waited before leaving a review because I wanted to make sure that she had a chance to use the phone and most of it's features before I could give an honest review. My sister loves this phone and has had no problems with it whatsoever. Her biggest obstacle was trying to use the phone without reading the directions and even then, it was pretty easy to navigate. I would definitely recommend this phone and I may upgrade my phone to this model sometime in the future. The only advice I can give to a potential customer is: make sure you have Boost Mobile in your area before purchasing one of these phones. It might even help to make sure you have a place where you can talke with a Boost Mobile representative in person so that you don't have to deal with the customer service issues over the phone.

This is one of the best cell phones I have owned. Good service, BOOST shrinkage and it's a very easy smartphone to use.

my son lives this phone
I brought this phone for my 12 yr old. He absolutely loves it. Would not recommend it for an experienced person, but for someone who is just learning it's just right. Thanks QVC

READ BEFORE PURCHASING THIS PHONE
I strongly advise against purchasing this Samsung product. I purchased this phone for my grandson's 20th birthday. He loved it initially however it will not hold a charge and now will not charge at all. He purchased a new battery, new charger nothing worked this phone is now dead! We made calls to Samsung because the problem appears to be with charger port on the phone; it is defective. Samsung manger informed me that they will not replace these phones, only repair. Apparently there is a history of defects with this product. I purchase from QVC 11/25/2011. I notified QVC about this vendor and my experience. I work in broadcasting and our life line is wireless devices and we rely on manufacturers who provide quality products and solid customer service. Samsung is not that Manufacturer. I will stay away from their products in the future!

Works pretty well but has its flaws
This phone annoys me daily from its teensy, touchy keyboard to stalling and freezing now and then. The sound quality is good though, and it is a reliable phone. I am ready for a much larger phone face, so I'm upgrading. BTW, Boost mobile service is reliable and inexpensive; I've had it for more than a year. My monthly payment is down to $40 with unlimited talk/text. The camera on this phone is barely passable, unfortunately.

Low on Space, Much Too Often
This was my first smart phone so I was definitely excited....but then grew disappointed....The keyboard can be annoying as it will "help" you with words and will sometimes autocomplete the word into something you didn't want. I'm used to feeling the keys so the touch screen is like feeling in the dark for me....sadly, I got frequent "low storage space" messages after only having downloaded an app or two that I would have to immediately delete....I'm returning this phone but I'm not givng up yet, as I've recently ordered the next Samsung up that has a slide out keyboard....hopefully it'll be better for you....purchase with caution. :)

Great Cell Phone
I purchased this 6 mos ago. Love it. We had Verizon which is wonderful but our bill was way to much to many fees, after getting bills of over $200.00 we switched to Boost . We now pay $50.00 per mo. and no extra fees. Just order this phone you will love it. Thank you QVC for bringing this to us.

Just as advertised!
This is my 1st Smart Phone. I'm a Sr citizen. Boost was awesome to me. I switch my number of 14 years to Boost. Activation took less than 10 minutes. Phone does everything QVC said it would. Very pleased with phone and service. Big Thanks QVC!
