Looked good at first but was a dud in the end
Initially loved the computer's looks and quality but after a week we started getting error message pop-ups that related to HD problems and MS Office. Ran HD diags on it and it came back as defective HD. Reinstalled MS Office and still got that error. Called HP 4 different times and spent 4 hrs on the line without any relief. Had to return the laptop to QVC. They promptly issued me a refund. Just ordered a Dell with fingers crossed.

Awesome notebook!!
My favorite features are the keypad and the screen. I do bookkeeping so to have the keypad is a fabulous feature. It also helped that it came with excel and word.
Only problem was the battery was missing from the shipment. I called and they immediately ordered one from HP. It should be here shortly. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. AND...I spoke to a real person. I hope they never stop THAT feature. Extremely pleased with QVC and HP.

Just got the computer today, and my expection was killed with it's cheap plastic look and very noisy keyboard.
if you can put up with it, it's a good computer and very responsive.

Perfect Computer
I was a bit hesitant to move from a desktop to a laptop. Am I glad that I did and I am so glad that I chose this HP Notebook. Screen size is perfect at 17.3. The computer itself does everything that I need plus some. I can work from this computer and also enjoy movies and TV shows. The clarity is that good. Thank you QVC for making this purchase so easy!!

Very pleased
Nice laptop--not a super snazzy design, but it'll work. The speed is really nice. It's also quiet. The touch pad will take some getting used, so I'll need to master the gestures. Graphics are good for what I need it for. Setup was a breeze! Not to mention I have anti-virus for four years on this here machine!! Shipping was fast. Thus far I'm pleased with my purchase.

GREAT PRODUCT
This is a great computer for the everyday user or student. Very fast and very easy to use. Buttons and keyboard are in the right places. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a good laptop.

It's Getting the Job Done
I ordered the laptop on the 17th, a Friday, and received it in 2 business days. It was faster than I'd expected, for sure!
I've always had an HP product, and this one is no different from the others I've had in the past. They've worked well, and this one is no exception. I initially ordered the Dell computer, but I noticed that there were only a few ports (USB, Ethernet, etc), so I cancelled the order immediately when I saw that the HP had the ports I needed. I do lots of work with graphics and presentations, so more than 1 USB port is essential for me, along with the scandisk port to quickly load photos (which Dell didn't have), and so on.
Because I do a lot of work with graphics, the amount of hard drive space is exceptional! I also love music, and there is plenty of space for that too. I have an external drive also, but the fact that the space is abundant is one of the reasons I purchased this product.
I love the quality of the screen and the extended keyboard; so glad that most computers have that now. I don't know computer terminology and language all that well, but I can say that I am very satisfied with my new laptop. I pray that continues to give me what I need.
So far I'm very satisfied.
