Not up to Q standards
The zippers were very rough and the seams were coming apart. How did this get past your strict quality control??? I sent it back!

Poorly Made
I've had this bag for a year, I don't drag my laptop with my often yet this bag is barely holding together. The stitching is poor and tearing where the webbing and D-rings connect to the bag that hold the strap. The padded portion of the strap is tearing near the stitching. I'm very disappointed.
The mouse is great and is the only redeeming feature of this purchase.

Strap & Zipper Problems
The neoprene bag looks nice, but the case itself is just a flimsy shell ...there's no padding whatsoever. Zippers on the bag don't work well either, due to the snug fit of the computer. I feel that the strap is going to break once the computer is in there and can't add any papers or books in the other pockets for fear of the strap snapping off while carrying it. Nice look, but don't waste your money. Thinking of sending mine back and will go out and buy a new durable computer bag.

poorly made
The strap ripped apart 3 mo. after I had it. It just isn't made good enough to carry a puter. I got the color purple and I love the color. If the strap would not have ripped apart I would have kept it, cause I like the case for the most part. Now, if they make some changes in the strap I will buy it again. I did send it back. Waiting for improvements !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Disappointed in Case but Love the Mouse
I am generally pleased with my purchases through QVC. However, my purchase of this Notebook Case was very disappointing. First of all getting my 17" notebook into the bag was hard and the zipper was very difficult to close. The zipper would open partially. Needless to say the Notebook Case is collecting dust because it is not useable. I do however use the Switch Lid Mouse and am very happy with that purchase.

Not good
I am sorry to say I received this order incorrect two times. Both times the USB cord was missing from the package. I know a cord could be purchased, but when purchasing something new I do not think this is a good customer feature. I feel like quality control is not being used. First time I have been disappointed by QVC.

I love this bag!
I love this bag! I was a bit worried because of some of the other reviews but this is exactly what I was hoping for. I ordered it in pink and the color is perfect! It is very lightweight and easy to carry. The mouse, my computer cords, and my external hard drive fits perfectly. I don't know what they complaints were about the zipper. Mine works great. The mouse is great too. I love how small the USB is. It is barely noticeable and you can turn the mouse out to save the battery. I highly recommend it!!!!

Worst Purchase ever!
First I did not receive the USB plug, then when I finally received, the mouse does not work!! I will be returning this item.

It's ok for the price
I was expecting a more durable bag. This bag is more like a sleeve for your laptop and you still have to be very careful because it has no padding. This bag is just cute and it comes with a mouse besides that I feel like I wasted my money, because now I still have to go out a buy a new laptop bag.
