Not Happy
I bought this laptop on 3/29/12, about 6 wks ago it crashed. HP first said that my warranty expired 7 days prior to me contacting them, they then changed their mind and said that I still had 16 days left on my warranty. Apparently, no one has told hp that the 1 yr warranty begins on the date of purchase not the date of manufacture. Anyway, several weeks later, here I sit. They have not gotten back to me. Regardless of the outcome, I will not be purchasing another hp product! This was my 5th hp product and the 2nd laptop this year.....never again!!

Not So Happy
There is far to many updates I would suggest turning them off! And only update your virus protector! It's a heavy laptop I don't download or look at naughty sites and I still got a virus with it so I don't know, very upset with the product it self! I feel like I'm afraid to use it and that's not ok! Very nice and fast!
Very nice and fast laptop. Bought this and havnt had any problems since. Very nice and cheap computer. Plus a very large screen that is good for gaming. And the beats audio is very clear and is worth adding it. Thank you QVC!

I have had my laptop for a month now and i LOVE LOVE LOVE it!!!! It's super fast and has awsome theft protection. Thanks QVC for the easy pay and thanks HP for an awsome product!!!

Awesome Laptop
I really love this laptop, and the shipping time was great I received it within two days of ordering it. Very fast and the bundle package that comes with it is also awesome.

Constantly updating
I have had the laptop for one week. The system is constantly installing updates. It installs updates all night and all day while I'm at work. I called HP support and they advised me to turn off the updates. I don't think that is the solution. Love the look, but need to be able to log on.

GREAT LAPTOP
Before I purchased this laptop I read the reviews and saw a lot of negitive review. I decided to order it anyway because of the 30 return policy.
As far as I am concerned this is one great laptop. Love the 6GB of Ram and the 1 GIG of video ram.
No lock ups yet and a Great picture when I play DVDs on it. And with the easy pay option what a deal.

Nice computer
This is the 5th computer we have purchased for our internet business, but as usual, it's always a great experience to purchase something from the great people at QVC!

The system frequently overheats and shuts down
During the advertisment, they should inform folks that the system over heats and shuts down. Overall i am not happy with the product. I purchased this notebook just last October. Lately it has just been overheating and shutting down on numerous occassions; just back to back like every 10 minutes. Not only that, when the Windows 7 trial ends, you will need to purchase the windows 7.... If you do not purchase, you will not have access to your your documents created under that system as they will be locked.

Great Computer
The computer I had was stolen (grrrr)...but I gotta tell you I love this computer way more than than one that was stolen!! The fingerprint recognition works great. I really like that feature. The computer is very fast...the picture is AWESOME and the sound is great. I have owned a fair number of computers in my time...but this one beats ALL. Get it - you will not regret it!

Well worth the money...so far
I bought this as my first laptop and 3 months later i am very happy with it...the battery life is amazing one good charge and it lasts for a bout 5 hours, the speed is what i want in a budget gaming laptop i was able to play Star Wars the old republic on high settings with no problem, my only problem is it is rather fragile you will get cracks on the bottoms of the screen corners and its is a finger print magnet . But other than that its a great computer
