very poor Both just did not work I .never got to use them.I have always enjoyed QVC and think QVC just did not know 03-15-12

Worst gps ever I went to Pa with this thing It had me in tears with illegal Uturns after sending me in that direction in the first place. It took me totally out of the area I needed to be in all because it sent me to the wrong exit. In the end I had to mapquest my directions home and was able to find my way without any problems. 01-04-12

Great GPS! I bought this camera for my fiancee and he LOVES it! It worked perfectly for him out of the box - no problems. He has a new toy. He loves all the bells and whistles! Very accurate directions as well. 12-28-11

Not off to a good start Setup is not intuitive and manual is lacking for details. Does not power up out of the box until you charge battery so unless you have AC adapter (separate purchase) plan to sit in the car awhile. Had to figure out how to add AAA membership info. Finally on my way with unit power adapter connected in car and it shut down after 10 mins. No apparent indicator of remaining battery life. Wandered through setup & eventually got Bluetooth to work ... once. No longer connects (day 2) correctly despite several attempts to reconnect, re-configurations, shut downs, etc. "Device out of range or powered off" is message on phone with both devices on table adjacent to each other while GPS message indicates phone not connected. Not a total disaster (yet) but not impressed either. No where to go but up. Disappointing Christmas gift; will probably return. With so many other choices how can Magellan be so far off target? 12-27-11

GREAT!!!! Excellent Item I was looking for a GPS. QVC offered Magellan RM2055. The hardest thing I found about this item was opening the box. The instructions were very easy. The operation of the GPS was even easier. I now enjoy driving/traveling even more. Again, excellent product. 12-09-11

Maps Difficult and Frustrating to Update The product itself is great. However, Trying to update the maps seems to be impossible. I tried calling Magellan.. could not get a live person.. instruction very difficult to read and once again was unable to get a hold of Magellan customer service rep. 12-05-11
