great concept and best purchase ever!
I purchase this item early this year.I initially had trouble getting my desk top to recognize the hard drive when it was plugged into my desktop,but the problem wasn't the Seagate Goflex HD but the cords. They got misconnected at the factory! The power cable for the unit was somehow set up to go into the desktop to send or receive data--this won't work. The two included cables: USB data cable and the power cable are not inter-changeable--You must connect the USB cable to the desktop or laptop from the HD and the power cable to the HD from your outlet! Once this problem was corrected the unit worked GREAT!!! The speed was fantastic with the 3.0 USB connection!! This is a great concept and well thought out design. Great work Seagate and thanks for the good price and FLEX PAY QVC!!

1 BIG PROBLEM
THIS DOES EVERY THING AS ADVERTISED. HOWEVER, YOU CAN'T WATCH MORE THEN 3 MOVIES UNTIL THE BATTERY NEEDS RECHARGING. YOU CAN NOT WATCH ANY MOVIE, WHEN IT IS PLUGGED IN TO CHARGE.

Works great with my iPad 3 and iPhone 4s. I use it along with an app aceplayer that allows me to stream avi, xvid, mpeg and more videos.
With this drive my iPad and iPhone have access to hundreds of movies and music files.
I easily updated the drives firmware from Seagates sight.
The drive works as advertised and is the best price here on QVC.

Simply The Best
I have had a few portable hard drives, But none compares to the Seagate Wireless hard drive. I was upset about the cost. I soon got over it once I received it and seen for myself what it can do. If the cost was not so high I would get another one. It's simply the best portable hard drive I've seen. Excellent!

Very impressive
I bought this for my iPad and iPhone. Wow what a great investment, it works upto about 150 feet with no chop. I would tell anyone to get one because they are much more anywhere else.

Very good choice
I would recommend this to anyone who wants to have a portible wireless hard drive. Very easy to use. 500GB is plenty of space for most people. I wish they had 1TB but at this price you can't lose. Very happy with this product.

Love It!!
Great for iPad! No longer at the mercy of my iPad's storage space. I have downloaded all my music, video and documents into the seagate. I can now work from anywhere !! Thanks Seagate and QVC !!

great for taking your music and photo with you when you are traveling,and there is no wifi service,it have it on wifi signal and stream everything on this hard drive just perfect.download all of your movies,music,photo and just takeoff.
