Bought for my girls last Christmas and they only lasted about 4 and 7 months. Both went dead and won't turn back on. They look cheap also. I should have known, you get what you pay for.
Supernova Android Tablet
I bought this for my teenage boys, I had to return both of them for repairs to the charging plug, and then both the new ones also broke. I would not recommend this tablet for kids who are busy (I ended up throwing them in the trash). Might be good for an elderly person who would not be carrying it all over the place.
Good for only 1 or 2 months
It was working ok, until the adapter plug stop working. I order 3 adapters none of them worked. I could never get the tablet to take a charge. It's not worth the money unless you have money to burn. *************This tablet is a joke :\ Ha Ha!!!!! ***************

Trust me--save your money!! I teetered with buying this and finally broke down. After only 2 months the area that the charger plugs into broke. Apparently it is a very common problem with this tablet. I called Pandigital and I am unable to return it because I no longer had the original packaging. I wish I would have saved my money and gotten something that will last longer than 2 months.

I read the reviews in January, about some QVC customers, having problems, as well, as being dissatisfied. I bought the SuperNova in January and I love it. I've had no problems, at all, even though, I still have my desktop.
I give this 5 stars...It takes me to A to B, and great downloading books and all
I bought this for my daughter for Christmas, it is fast and very easy to use. We had a problem with where the charger goes it, the little pin inside bend. We sent it into pandigital and they replaced I with a brand new one! Highly recommend!!!! They have updated the new ones with a new charging port, so it is super!!!! All the negative reviews, should call the company, they will replace the item!!!!
Mine lasted 6 months, QVC should no longer sell this item. Pandigital is going to send a replacement, Wish I could get my money back instead.
I use my tablet for everything! Hardly ever use laptop. Travel with it. Even on a cruise. Read books, watch Netflix,Facebook and email!
Do not waste your money.. Have had to return twice
Just simply quits working. First one I purchased, it quit working 4 days after use.. The final and second one quit working two weeks after using.. Waste of money and has been a waste of my time having to deal with this.

I bought 3 of these awful tablets, what a mistake!!!!! I was shocked that I got this from QVC, I have never had a problem with anything from them before,until now!!!!! All 3 of them broke at the charger port, it becomes loose and wobbly, then the charger doesnt work. If you use the usb port to charge it, it takes all day, you mostly have to leave it plugged in all of the time. Two of them had problems picking up WIFI, and the screen is unresponsive and seems to have dead spots, but the thing that really bothers me on all of them is they constantly freeze up! All three have been returned to QVC or pandigital, and two of those are broken at the charging port Again! I called pandigital and they just want to send me a 3rd piece of junk! $600 dollars wasted, save your money and get the I pad!
I purchased two of these for my Grand daughters. One of them stopped work a month after it was purchase and the other one took about 5 months before it stopped working. However, QVC excellent customer service made it simple to return.
Bought a Pandigital Supernova tablet for a Christmas gift. BIG MISTAKE!! Plug in socket on tablet to charge device broke after 4 months of careful, gentle use. We were told it was a common problem and promised a NEW one by Pandigital customer service. After 5 weeks, we received a "re-manufactured" tablet. When we called to discuss the discrepancy, a customer service agent returned our call although we are not sure why she bothered. She could not have cared less or been less helpful. She flatly refused to send us the new one promised or return our money. We got the impression she has been receiving many similar calls lately. She said her boss was NOT taking anymore calls about this problem, and that nothing more would be done for us. UNBELIEVABLE! So dissatisfied. Big Thanks for QVC for taking it back and a full refund, but I am amazed that you are still selling any Pandigital products!
