I am very disappointed. When I ordered this item, the description made it seem it was compatible with all smartphones. The product detail does not specify that the headset only work with Android, Windows, and Blackberry. I only found out when I went to wrap the gift and I looked at the box closely. It is now the day before Christmas Eve and I have to find another gift. I will be returning them. Product description should be more clear!

im so happy with this headset. bose is worth the price. have the wave radio, and will be purchasing the quiet canceling headset next.

Cannot use on I phone
I just received this last night and was so excited to have in time to mail my son for Christmas. I noticed on the box it did not say compatible with Iphone. I went to the description and just like the other reviewer below, it is not clear. It just says Mobile. I am extremely disappointed as I called to place this order and even asked the rep if it would work with Iphone. Bose is a good product but this should be advertised more clearly that it only works with certain phones.

ITEM DISCRIPTION NOT TOTALLY CLEAR.
I ordered this product only to find that its NOT COMPATIBLE with my I-PHONE . I went back on your website (QVC) to re-read the discription, thinking I may have overlooked this piece information only to find that this IMPORTANT piece of information is not listed. I was under the impression that these headphones was universally compatible. Not until I opened the box to make sure the item was not damaged and the FIRST THING THE BOX SAYS IS,These headphones are ONLY COMPATIBLE with Android,and BLACKBERRY SMARTPHONES. They were a Christmas gift and here it is Dec.17th and I have to return them. For future reference, PLEASE LIST THIS IMPORTANT INFO ON YOUR DISCRIPTION OF ITEM PAGE PLEASE. For this reason is why I rated this product so low. Cant rate what I Cant use!!

Great sound
After ordering these earbuds, i thought they where not a good buy and tried to cancel the order. Iam so glad they shipped, my daughter LOVES them.

Totally Awesome!!!
Purchased one for myself and the quality and sound was exactly what I expected from Bose. Once my son tried them, he needed to order a one. Nothing comes even close to the sound. The price is well worth it!

Expensive Snack
This will be the second headset I have purchased and I only came back because the sound quality is superb and for me these are the first in-ear style earphones that stay in my ears!! The only downside is that you cannot control the volume of a call from the switch on the line, otherwise these are the best of this style. Oh and the "expensive snack" title refers to why I had to buy another set...my lovely little kitty loved them too; as a teething ring!

Don't waste your money on anything else!
I bought these after my wife bought me an Over the Ear BOSE headphones and I loved them. I use these outside my home, in the field and in noisy environment.
First: these thing are amazing. The sound quality is unmatched. Covers a wide range of sound without any distortion.
Second: they never fall out of your ears. I work in the field a lot, hot and humid conditions. My other headsets I had to constantly push back into my ears. These guys stay in there very well and I never have to correct them.
Third: Sometimes, I have these in my ears the entire day and they do become a bit uncomfortable after about 6-7 hours of being in my ears, but nowhere near as painful as my other brands. I had a number of SONY and Samsung ear buds that i would take out precisely because they were hurting me ears. I'm very glad that I don't go through the same experience with this BOSE headset.
Very happy. Spend the money on this and stop buying junk.

Great Purchase
After buying several headsets, I finally decided to try the Bose MIE2 Mobile. What a difference! They stay securely in your ears. The sound is crisp and clear. According to the person(s) I've called, the microphone is also crisp and clear. I was a little hesitant because of the price tag but after weighing the fact that I have spent $15 to $25 on other headsets, it is actually quite a bargain. Don't wait to try these out for yourself, especially with QVC's easy return policy.

Not a good deal
I love the sound of this headpiece. Bose is known for it's awesome sound quality. But, I bought these earbuds for hands free exercising & working, but with these earbuds, I would still have to physically handle my phone to adjust the volume & change the song. They stay in ear very well, but for the money, I expected them to do more, like the original Apple headpiece. I felt they weren't worth the money. I returned them.

You get what you pay for.
These headphones are excellent. I've had them for about a year and am very pleased with my purchase. The sound quality is exceptional and comfort is unmatched. I also like the handy leather carrying case included with the set, and the extra in-ear plugs. A great value for the price, and quality.

OH DEAR!!
After spending a week in the hospital, one of the first things I did after arriving home was to get my headphone. I cannot find them anywhere in the house! So I WILL replace them with the same item. Worth every dollar to get that second set! If I should find the first set then LUCKY ME! THERE IS A DIFFERENCE!!
