Depends on What You're Looking For
I ordered these even though it got some negative reviews. I like using these cause I like to be able to hear the phone or door bell or my husband if he calls to me from the other room.
Now, the sound is not as loud as most other earbuds so if you're competing with lots of noise around you .... it is hard to hear your music. I enjoy putting on some relaxing music and don't need for it to be loud so it just really does depend on your expectations and upon what you're going to be using it for. I like mine very much.

Not for most people
I won't say this isn't for anybody; I just received mine and after trying it, am returning. I wasn't in a noisy environment, so I could hear it just fine, but the sound quality was muffled and well, sounded like it came through your bone, not your ear. I also have the Bose ear buds, also from the Q, so I unfairly tested this headset immediately against my Bose. Night and day. The Audio Bone headset is merely fair at best, unless you factor in the price. Then it's pretty bad. Get the Bose, and at a lot less.

Very worthwhile
I really liked the Audio Bone headphones. They don't go in your ear, which makes them more comfortable. And the sound quality is no different than if I had headphones that went in/on my ear. Plus, I can carry on conversations with people at the same time, because my ears aren't blocked. I would definitely recommend getting these; they're very worth it.

Save you money
Using with an MP3 player had to have the volume turned up full to hear anything and if you are in a high noise area forget about hearing anything but the noise. Great idea but, not worth the money.

Extremely low volume
Used with my new Dell Studio 19 Touch screen. Cranked the volume up all the way and still could hear very little. Save your money. It's back to Bose head phones for me. They work as advertized.

How Disappointing
I was hoping these headphones would allow me to listen to my ipod and still hear things around me. I could hear things around me BUT I couldn't hear the music!!! There is an insert that says how to adjust your ipod/itunes to have louder music but it still is VERY hard to enjoy the music because you can't hear hardly anything!! When I cranked up the volume as far as it would go, the quality was still poor and the ear bud vibrated on my face/bone. These are not worth the price you pay. I would not recommend them to anyone!!
