A GREAT PRODUCT FOR A SMALL PRICE
I got my HP 3.5 digital picture frame today, I charged it up for 2hrs put my 4GB SD/Card init and WOW!! this has a Great!! picture, As a photographer I've seen a lot of digital frames that were not so great. But when I saw this one on QVC! I knew this was the one to have because of the brand name this is QUALITY! It's so easy to use. A full charge will last me up too 3hrs and that is plenty of viewing time. I take mine to work every day and my coworkers just love it! I will be buying more for xmas gifts, and YES I would highly recommend this to anyone, THANK YOU QVC & HP, for a GREAT!! PRODUCT.

just what I was looking for
bought this for my boyfriend,he lives in the mountains and loves to make pictures.now when he makes picture,he can mail me the sd card instead of having pictures printed.just put the card in the photo album and there they are.had no problem getting this product to work.be sure you get the right sd card.probably will purchase another one,love it.

Just Didn't Work.....
Me too, glad I am not the only one with problems......I plugged it in, charged it up(I thought), all it did was get very hot. It never turned on, no matter what I tried, memory card or not. A pretty expensive piece of junk, and I was really exited to get it for a work project. Oh well, back it goes.

Okay Glad I'm not the only one...
I was so happy when I saw this, just got back from a cruise and everyone at work wants to see pictures....well, I got this out of the box and tried to use my digital camera memory card and it's just not working. It won't fit anyway. I'm looking now at the cards it supports and I don't think my card is listed there... it is a little smaller then the picture, but would have been perfect for my desk...I'm back on my search, I see some others that may be promising, but I still have faith in HP, guess I should have done my homework a little more.

something isnt' right with this thing
I was so excited to receive this yesterday. I opened it as soon as I got home and immediately plugged it in to charge the battery. I waited a couple of hours and after it was charged tried to put my sd card in and COULD NOT get it to lock in. I tried two different cards and the same thing happened. I own two digital cameras so I know how to put in a memory card. I'm going on HP's website today to see what I can find out but most likely this is going back asap. Really disappointed because it was just what I was looking for. Hope everyone else has better luck.

Great Product
Received this item today and love it. Very easy to use. I plugged it in, put in my SD card and was ready to go. I will be keeping a spare SD card just for the viewer. Highly recommend this to all.
