Rare for me to return Clarks - ever!!
But these, I have to say, were not the usual 'broken in' feel when you first put them on. The leather felt unusually stiff so I walked around for a while but it didn't feel any better...NOT what I expect from Clarks. I have about 15 prs of Clarks shoes, sandals, mules, slides - you name it - and I RARELY return Clarks. This one I had been looking at for a long, long time and when it showed up on easy pay, I jumped on them before my size 5 1/2 sold out. Well this was a disappointment, but I won't stop trying the Clarks' styles that I am drawn to. All in all, Clarks are the best I have found - just look in my closet!

Very happy with these!
I looked at these one day and thought I would get the tan, by the time I got around to it the next day, they were on easy pay and the tan were all gone :-(. So I ordered the black and love them. Knee surgery means high heels are pretty much out and I am so tired of wearing flats and these are perfect! Just enough height and the heel is wide enough so they don't hurt my knee.
My regular size 6 1/2 medium fit perfectly and will be fine with hose or trouser socks so I can wear these on the plane, easy on and off at security and not too high to make trekking through the airport a problem.
Unlike the previous reviewer, there's no problem with any rubbing or irregular wear. They look great with dress pants I can wear again and my nice jeans, too. If the tan ever come back, I will order those, have white jeans and olive dress pants, too!!!

SO CUTE BUT DISAPPOINTED
THIS shoe doesn't hold up to CLARKS reputation for me. I LOVE CLARKS and have a lot of them; but can't recomend this pair. The braiding hurts the top of my foot;the left shoe made a squish-gritty noise with every step; and the product looked like it had been a return from another customer; had some relaxed wear on the top at the bend near the toe, and its packing inside not what I would expect for a NEW pair of shoes from CLARKS and QVC . Quality controll needs to take an open eye and ear . WHY would QVC send a retuned item to a customer and welcome an unhappy review ? I still love clarks and they are my #1 go to; but this pair must be returned; sadly..

Love Them
I bought these and I love them. I see them peeking out from under slacks and I just love them. I got the black and they are comfortable and a perfect height. I may go back for the blue.

Love These Shoes
I've been wearing these shoes to work almost every day for several weeks and am delighted to say I like them a lot. I have difficulty finding shoes that feel really good to wear, but from the moment I put these on they were surprisingly comfortable, like they are hugging my feet. I wear an 8 in some shoes, 7.5 in others, and prefer to wear thick, comfy socks. I purchased these in a 7.5 and they are perfect, thick socks and all. These mules are much prettier in hand than in the pictures. They are great for casual wear but pretty enough to dress up.

Looks and feels Great
True to the quality of Clarks, these Mules look and feel Fantastic. I walk a lot at my job and these shoes are very comfortable and look classy and smart. Feels like I am wearing house slippers but looks business ready.......Thanks

Disappointed
I've worn Clarks for many years and they've always been the most comfortable shoes -- without breaking them in. This pair is extremely uncomfortable. They seem to have no softness in the toe area and hurt as soon as I put them on. Unfortunately, they will be going back.

Most comfortable shoes ever
I love these shoes. These were my first Clarks purchase (last year). I now have these in all three colors. Most comfortable shoes I own. I wear them everywhere. Clarks has now become my favorite brand for comfort, style and durability.

Pretty but Uncomfortable
These shoes look gorgeous, but the braid stitching really irritate the scar on my left foot from foot surgery. With Clarks reputation for quality, I really thought it would be finished on the inside. Unfortunately, these are going back

Love my Clarks, but these ran a bit narrow and were uncomfortable..had to send them back.

Not a comfortable shoe
Wore these shoes for the first time yesterday and am disappointed with the comfort. I have many pairs of Clarks ordered either through QVC or bought in department stores. I have never had a pair that was uncomfortable. Most that I have are mules. This pair forces my toes to the tip of the shoe and does not have any "give" at all.
I immediately took them off when I got home from work. I have one style in three different colors and love them!!... unfortunately they don't come in navy. Item #A202238.
This pair is a cute shoe and I will try one more time before I decide to send them back.
