My daughter had bad acne. By using Proactiv for a few weeks her skin cleared up! Great Product! It does tend to bleach whatever you use to clean your face with. She uses white washclothes and towels when washing her face.

It works!
I am 47 years old and have been fighting acne since my teens. I have always diligently washed my face every morning and every evening and never gone to bed with make-up still on. I have tried many products but nothing has ever been as effective as Proactiv has so far. I have been using it for about 6 weeks. For the first 3 weeks I still had a few big zits pop up, so I was getting discouraged. However, now my face is clear. I have had a few little blemishes pop up, but they go away quickly, but they are small, not the large, painful, week long ones. I do not mind the cost as I have spent mega bucks in the past trying to stop my breakouts. I don't mind having to stick with the program, because if it wasn’t this product 2x a day, it would another. As for the bleaching out stuff, it’s the benzoyl peroxide. I have used products with this ingredient before, and know to not use the it with good clothes on, I rinse my face thoroughly so the towel that I dry with does get any and make sure I give the repairing lotion time to dry/absorb before going to bed at night or before dressing in the morning. I can not wait until I use up my existing oil free moisturizer and anti-aging products so I can try more of Proactiv’s products.

Works Well and Fast
I have had an acne issue for years, trying various products. I am here to order more and stay on autoship because this system cleared my skin.
I have read other reviews stating this product bleaches sheets, towels, etc. I have not had this issue even though I sleep on dark colored sheets often. I do cleanse/moisturize my face long before going to bed, so maybe that makes the difference. My face is dry when I finally retire for the night. I also pat dry my face with a paper towel before moisturizing, instead of using cloth towels. I have not had any bleaching issues. My chocolate brown sheets are just fine. smile
If you need help, please don't let the bleaching issues stop you from purchasing.

Love Proactiv
I have been using Proactiv for about 8 years now. Decided to purchase from QVC on auto delivery now instead of direct. I have super sensitive skin and break out to almost anything, but Proactiv keeps my skin clear with no issues at 41 years of age. Only thing to watch out for is fabric stains. This product can get on clothes or towels and fade them. But that is easily fixed, get dressed before you use it and always use white towels and pillow cases. Love it.

Think I've built a tolerance...
It really doesn't do much for me anymore...it worked in the beginning, but not so much anymore. Plus, can anyone tell me what is in this product that ruins my wash cloths and towels?? It bleaches them out or something. Very frustrating and embarrassing when you are visiting someone else's home...

Back To Stay
No more experimenting with other brands. The Proactiv system has been the only adult acne treatment that has consistantly worked for me. I'm back, and on auto-delivery to stay this time.

IT WORKS...IF You stick with it!!
My son who is 24 years old and has been using Proactiv for almost 6 years now and is using this paticular kit has had excellent results. I hate to think what his skin would look like if he didn't use this religiously.
Yes, you have to stay with the program if you truly have acne issues. Some relatives have asked me if it "really" works as they know my son uses this. I say, only if you use it properly and use it faithfully. I know he gets a small break out once in awhile due to stress, but it's nothing major. He uses the mask once a week or more if he does see a break out coming. I just want to add that you do have to be committed to the treatment. Some people are lucky and find that their acne slows down as they get older, and then there are others that have to deal with this through their entire adult life. I know my husband always asks, "when is he going to out grow this?" I don't know, but it's good to know there is an affordable treatment here at QVC to help him through this.
And yes, it will bleach out your colored wash cloths, towels, sheets and etc. if you read the packaging it will state that it does bleach out clothing and etc. IF you take care in washing your hands thoroughly and use white linens and etc. there will be no problem. My son has never had a problem with getting this on his clothing. It is important the product be dry before dressing or going to bed.

Ok, if you don't mind your things being bleached
I used this treatment and did see improvement in my acne. However, I ruined all my sheets, towels, and some shirts because these products do bleach easily. I stopped using it because of that. Unless you have white sheets, white towels, white bathmats, white carpet, and wear white pajamas, I wouldn't recommend these products. Unless, of course, you don't mind your things being ruined.

worst acne product
I have tried this twice& didnt work. I know some people get lazy so maybe thats why it dosent work. First, it worked then not really anymore. I did excalty what it said. I tried it twice beacuse I thought maybe the second try is the charm.....nope. I somewhat have right now bad acne but its taking care of some prescription acne cream.

Superb
I have had horrible acne for 15 years and proactiv is the only thing that prevents my acne. I've tried generic acne products with the same ingredients as proactiv, but they never work. I think they finely mill the benzoyl peroxide so it penetrates the pores. I am the pickiest and most skeptical buyer I've ever met, so getting my recomendation is quite a compliment.

Best Stuff
I have been useing the Supper size kit that you had as a TDSV. Once I started useing it I could see it working. I would not stop useing it even if my ance does go away. I am the only one in my family that has ance. I had ance sents middle school and right through High School too. I have tryed a lot of other stuff and it did not work as well has this stuff does for me I have been useing this off and on sents 2004, but know I think I will stay with it for a long time. If I don't use it I can see the differents it makes in my skin. I would have all my friends try it and help them not to have ance like I have and get picked on like I have.
