Not for the Plus Size
The material is not great. If you are plus size, stay away. It was like a unshaped tshirt. Looks great on the pic but not so much in person.

Pretty Dress
This is a cotton jersey fabric, thin, but not see through. I am a seamstress and I know fabrics, and I think this is a pretty dress. I got the Dusty Blue and it is a nice shade of blue. I have no problem with this purchase at all.

Unflattering
Just got it today. It's going back tomorrow. I wear dresses most of the time. This is very unflattering on and it looks like a nightgown on.

Great day to evening Dress
I love the look of this dress on me - I think it runs true to size and with the front tie you can synch it up as needed. I would agree that the material is not a heavy cotton so it is a great summer dress that does not feel like you are wearing heavy clothes but very professional for the office or a fun day out shopping. It can easily go from day to night. I am considering purchasing the blue as well. I love the dress but had to buy a few more to really find that perfect little black dress.

With Regret....
I love a cute black dress, but this one is lacking in quality. The dress is made with a thin tee shirt material which cheapens it in my opinion. The fit for me was off - too short and tight on the bottom. This might work with a heavier fabric and an inch or two in length. Not worth the price. Chloe has some good designs - I do wish she'd use higher quality fabrics.

Love it
Very pretty dress. Material is a little thin, but comfortable and the style is very flattering and somewhat unusual. I love it. Fits true to size, and perfect for my height (5'5).

Sorry, but a dress only for the models
Unfortunately, this dress did not fit me well. The upper body was too big for the lower body to fit on me. Perhaps the dress works better on taller women (I'm 5'5). I will have to return this dress. Sorry.

Did not like, not worth $$
the thin material. I have nightgowns made from similar fabric. Nice concept, would rather have dress in a crepe material. Back it went.

Perfect for All Occasions
I ordered this dress, in both colors, when it was first introduced this spring during a Fashion Day. It is terrific!! The material is soft and comfortable...can dress it up for a cocktail party or can wear it to work. Fits true to size...the ribbon can tie in front or can wrap around. Either way it gives me a better waist than I have. Have many Chloe Dao items...love her style and special details. They are always a winner! Definitely recommend this one if you are looking for a versatile dress.

Where's the rest of it?
I notice in posted reviews that those who liked this dress are 5'3" tall and under. I am 5'8" and it's not a dress that I can wear in public. I didn't see a photo of it on a model when I purchased it, but if you look at the one online photo of a model wearing the dress, you can see about where it came on me. I wear an XS and have a good figure, but that's more leg than I've displayed in 20 years.

PERFECT!!!
I was hesitant to order this because it looked a bit odd to me in the picture, but I needed a black dress in a hurry. I'm an XS and the dress fits perfectly. The neckline is especially flattering as it frames the face beautifully. Often wearing black on older skin is not the best look, but the neckline removed that problem. Also, the material texture is great for spring through fall. Another terrific creation by Chloe Dao!

Pretty, But Runs A Little Large
I was excited to receive this dress, and it's a pretty color and a very soft fabric, but the XS size was just too big for me. I'm more of a 0/2 than 4, so I can't always wear QVC fashions, but I thought since the dress has a tie at the waist, I could just cinch it tighter. Unfortunately, you only have the ability to tie the bow a little tighter, (the tie is not inserted into the waistband like a true drawstring) and I couldn't bring the waist in sufficiently. So on me it ended up looking like a sack or a nightgown or something, and I had to send it back. (I'm 5' 6", 115 pounds, so if you're about that size, I don't think this dress will work for you.) It would be nice if QVC would offer XXS. If you're a true size 4, however, and order the XS, you'll probably love this.
