Pretty bronzer, but...
I like the bronzer and think it works well for me on my face and declote; however, it seemed like there was a lot of waste when prepping the brush. I had trouble getting it to do good color on my arms and legs and I also feel that the price ($55 plus S&H and tax) makes it unaffordable. I'd like to see the product continue, but at a price point of no more than $35.

NOT WORTH IT
I was hoping to stay out of the sun this summer, but this product won't help me. Where to begin...If you don't already have a tan, it will give you pink and orange hues. You'd think since that's a problem with lotions, it wouldn't be put into a powder. Make no mistake, it DOES rub off on clothing, also the brush picks up too much powder and it just flies all over the place...wasted. The smell is floral but smells artificial. 2 stars b cause the brush is nice and soft.

Love This Product
This product is great. I thought that it might rub off on my clothes but that isn't the case. I'm very fair and I think the color is very natural looking.

This is the Best Ever
I love this bronzing powder. It leaves a smooth soft tan to the body. I would recommend this product to anyone that wants a natural looking tan. I use it daily...It is truely a great bronzing powder...

good and bad
The color is very natural and appling is really fast and easy...love the smell. But it is messy so lay a towel down and it will rub off on your clothes as the day goes on...but all in all, I like this better then any tanning lotions or potions I've tried in the past. But could it be a bit less expensive??...would use it all year round if it was :)

*CAN'T BE WITHOUT!!!!* 20 stars!
When I say I can't be without this, I literally CAN NOT BE WITHOUT THIS!! I use Bare Escentuals Faux Tan (the best self-tanner ever) and I use the Smashbox body bronzer in addition to BE Faux Tan and OH MY..WOW..INCREDIBLE! It makes my self tanner look so much more like a real tan! It adds coverage and some sparkle which gives a nice healthy glow! Even if you do not use a self-tanner, this is still a must have! I put it on my mother's very fair leg and she loved it...it looked outstanding! So natural! It also does not wipe off AT ALL! Stays put all day! It was not even coming off with just water in the shower..I had to use soap and a loofah to get it off! Now that is some good stuff!! I am sooo pleased I can not say enough about this product! Give it a try and you will not regret it!

Not a good color for me
I wanted to love this product. Unfortunately it left my snow white legs a very unattractive burnt orange. I really wanted this to be the answer to my search for the perfect sunless tan!!

No More Stinky Self Tanners!!
I've been trying self tanners for years... all brands including Origins, BE, Lancome, etc.... I've yet to find a self tanner that didn't have an awful smell to it. Most didn't smell bad when u first applied the product but an hour or so after u've had it on, the scent is gag making. Not to mention you can never get an even application or avoid the scummy look you get as it fades and looks more like u've got dirt on your skin.
Smash box Bronzing Powder is the 1st powder I've tried and It's Fabulous!
I usually apply it in the morning after I've showered and applied moisturizer. You can't mess up the application of this product. It goes on so easy!!!! I just buff it in and all over as you would any BE foundation product. The color is so real.. suttle but beautiful like u just spend a couple hours at the beach. I'm fair skinned but do get some tan in the summer from bicycling and running. My girlfriends have been saying "I can't believe how tanned you are!". They're envious and they think it's real. It does have a little shimmer but I typically wear moisturizer that has a little shimmer to it so it's very very flattering and I'm mid 40's. I use it on my legs, arms, neck and chest. I haven't tried it on my face yet.. but I'm going to :)
I haven't experienced any trouble with it coming off on my clothes..
Although I haven't tried it with any "white" clothing yet. For all the colored stuff, I haven't seen where it's rubbed off at all.
I think you'll be thrilled with this product!!!! I am :)

This is a fantastic bronzer, it adds shimmer and glow without that awful orange color.

a winner
smashbox did it again. Thought long and hard before purchasing this because i thought it was a bit pricey and too glittery. Finally decided i love all smashbox products i've tried so far so why not. I am so glad i did. Beautiful for the body over a tan and great for touchups on the face. Definitely a must buy for anyone young or old.

Perfect
I love this product. I travel and absolutely love it that I can take one make up product for tanning, blush, and eyes. I use a wide comb style brush for application and put it lightly on my legs. I also bring a blush brush and eye shadow brush for easier application on my face, cheeks and eyes. (how easy). I do hope that Smashbox continues to make this product. It's perfect for travel and everyday convenience. I did not have trouble with it transferring to my clothes. It gives a beautiful overall bronze glow.
Give it a try.................you'll be pleasantly surprised.

Needs work!
I love most Smashbox products, but this one needs work. I tried it yesterday for the first time before going to a party. The brush drops too much color in one spot and I had a hard time blending it. Also, I was outside talking to people and looked down at my arm and it was sooo glittery looking. Not a good look on skin after thirty!
