Reorder yellow and smelly..so disappointed.
I loved this neck cream....best ever! At almost 60 my skin is smooth and clear thanks to Dr. Denese. This is my 3rd reorder of neck cream and to my surprise it was yellow, not white, with an awful smell. I had to return it. Help Dr. Denese! I need your white, creamy, neck wrinkle smoother, please bring it back!

One Week Review
I received this as part of the TSV a week ago. I originally planned to review it after 90 days, as that is the timeline I feel most products require to determine if they are effective on the skin. After one week, I feel compelled to review my 7 day experience. I have etched in lines on my chest, the most sun damage on my body is my chest. The wrinkles were really deep and looking bad, along with some redness and bumps. I began using the HydroShield Serum and this neck cream a week ago. In one week, a very nice difference. the skin is soft and no longer red. The bumps are healing. The etched in wrinkles are still there, but definitely smoother and less noticeable. I totally plan to continue using this product. If it can make this much difference in one week, I am very hopeful that 90 days from now it will be even better. It spreads nicely and absorbs quickly. I use a little more than a pea size. It is NOT greasy or tacky. My skin feels really nice after the application. The cream is oderless. I never recommend skin care as a gift though, but i would recommend this product to anyone that has wrinkles on their chest. I do hope to find this product will firm my neck.... for the record, I've experienced no improvement in neck firmness in this past week!

I am in love with this neck cream
I ordered this neck cream to see if it would help with my age and sun spots on my chest and with the wrinkles I was getting around my neck. I am so shocked at the difference. I figured I might see a little change, but I see a big change. My skin tone has smoothed out, the wrinkles are diminishing and my neck and chest just look healthier. I am thrilled, Dr. D. Thank you so much for helping me with this problem!

second Triple Strength Neck Jar returned!
Something strange is really going on with this size. Used products for many years. Returned one jar three weeks ago because of yellow color and odd smell. Today I received second triple jar and guess what? same awful smell and yellow color. While waiting for the second jar to arrive, I ordered the 2oz (60g) and thank goodness, I was so relieved to see the white color and smell as I am used to when reordering. Like other reviews, I first thought was, new formula and even put some of the awful and yellow formula on neck. So greasy and not absorbed as the previous ones. Second jar back in mail tomorrow. Going Forward, I will not order triple size again. Noticed on triple 4oz comes from SkinScience Labs, inc, Ridgefield, NJ. The 2oz jar came from SkinScience Labs, inc, New York, NY.

BRING BACK THE OLD FORMULA!!!!
I hope Dr. Denese reads these reviews. I too have been using this product for years and have loved the results. I recently ordered the larger size and immediately noticed that the color and consistency had drastically changed. I thought maybe something had happened to it during shipping, but after reading the other reviews, realized that it must be a new formula. I don't care about the smell or the color, I just want it to work and I don't think it does. It is thick and doesn't seem to absorb. My neck used to feel smooth and moisturized all day, and now it doesn't. I hate it! Please bring back the old formula or I will have to start looking for a new product to use . Before this formula change I would have given this product 5 stars but not anymore. WHY IS IT THAT THE THINGS YOU LOVE ARE ALWAYS DISCONTINUED OR CHANGE IN SOME WAY????

Best Purchase Ever
I have been using this cream for over 3 years now, and love it. It's so creamy and relaxing for my neck. I use it in the morning, and before going to bed. It has made a big difference on the wrinkles on my neck.

Very thick and Rich - very moisturizing!
Love this, and all of Dr Denese products. I'm never without my hydroshield, facial pads and SPF Day cream. This works great with the blue facial firming cream as well.

NO MORE "NECK" ERCHIEFS
LOVE! I finally gave up on neck creams (false promises & $$$) and resorted to my facial moisturizers for the neck area. While watching Dr. Denese not long ago, I decided to give this neck cream a try (my last attempt) to see if it would actually enhance my 56 year old neck. WOW!!! My neck feels firmer/tighter while still supple (not saggy supple). Only been using for 2-3 weeks but expect that I shall see even greater results with continued use. Like any other area on the face, nothing is an overnight fix, but to actually see results in this small time frame makes me extremely impressed. Will continue to use this as well as other items from this intelligent, soft spoken Dr. Love you Dr. Denese. :) Your products "rock".

Not the same as previous purchase
I have used this product before and loved it. It really worked. However, my recent purchase arrived and the first thing I noticed was the color was different. It was very yellow. It was not the same color as the last product I had used and liked so much. This cream was also thicker and somewhat "greasy". I tried it for a couple of days and found it to leave a film on my skin. It did not seem to penetrate into the skin. I did not like the feel of it on my skin, so I returned it.

Wouldn't Be Without
I have this on auto delivery because I wouldn't want to be without. Your neck needs special treatment and this does it all to whole neck and décolletage area. I can't sleep without finishing my nightly regime without this.

Terrible product
I think I gave this product a fair chance. I used 2 jars & the product in each case was of different textures & quality. I did not expect that it would do everything that it claimed, but I did expect it would do something!! It should be taken off the market as it does not do anything that it claims to do. Shame on qvc for even offering it to its customers. I will stick to the main stream beauty products that have been available for years & are proven to work. What a waste of my money. Live & learn, I guess.

Again, slimy and greasy
Not sure what the problem is with this product. I have ordered this product at least a dozen times and I would say at least 3/4 of the time the product arrives defective. It is an off color yellow, appears to be old and this time it arrived in almost a liquid state. Clearly ruined and just cannot be used. I love this product in the smaller size but the larger size just seems to be a waste of time and money. I will never buy this product again. Am sick of constantly sending it back and when the new one arrives, it's defective as well. Stick with the smaller size. It's more expensive but less hastle.
