Did not help From the first day I started to take these, my legs hurt more than before. I thought it needed time to work so kept taking it for 5 days and they still hurt, and ached. I stopped taking them and my legs are better. I have arthritis in one knee and a partial replacement in the other. Advil and exercise help much more. 09-05-12

amazing-five stars I am 76 yrs. old and the swelling of both legs has been a constant problem-worse now as I age. I take meds for the edma, wear Jobst stockings, do exercises and dance, but the swelling was made worse by the very hot weather this summer. I happened to see Dr. Nemiroff on your program and decided to try "another supplement". What a surprise- from day one - I actually have "legs" I had been wearing long skirts to hide my ankles, but today wore a shorter skirt to dancing class and was amazed when I looked in the mirror, at the studio.
