What is it: A unique cream that helps improve the appearance of your skin's firmness while reducing the appearance of lines and wrinkles.

Who is it for: All skin types. 82% of users reported an improvement in the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, 70% reported their skin is firmer, and 85% reported their skin had a better glow.

Why is it different: These neuropeptides are created in a university laboratory by a scientist, and each has specific job to do in improving the look of your skin. Dr. Perricone, who helped to revolutionize the skin care industry and continues to be a leader in scientific research for the fight against aging, designed this special delivery system to penetrate your epidermis and give you a more glamorous, elegant, and sophisticated appearance with increased firmness, tightness, and tone. It also includes vitamin C ester, a more powerful form of vitamin C.

How do I use it: In the morning, apply to areas of concern or all over your face and neck.

Application tip: You may find that this product has a strong scent. It will dissipate within 30 seconds of application.

Extravagant Neccessity It took me two weeks to take the plunge and purchase the Perricone MD Neuropeptide Facial Cream DUO 2 pack for myself this holiday season, but I really did not want to miss the significant savings that I would get from 2 tubes instead of just one. I won't add to the complaints about the odor - for me, it is MINOR at best, and dissipates so quickly that it is no deal breaker at all. As with all Perricone products, it is my experience that I only use a small amount to get all of the coverage I need. I apply it as directed to areas of concern only - cheekbones, forehead, neck, and jawline. This, along with the rest of the Perricone products in the regimen I follow, have made a night and day difference in the evenness of my skin tone, has reduces (a lot) the appearance of my fine lines and wrinkles, and keeps me well moisturized all day without any greasy feeling. 12-09-14
Works Well! I would first like to address the reviewers who are concerned about the liquid consistency. You must pat the either pat the liquid on your problem areas then gently rub in a circular motion. The liquid will turn to a white cream on your face. The other way you can use it is to put some in your hands, rub them together and then distribute it on your face. I think you will find the product will work better for you especially the person that said it dripped into her eyes. The night cream is thick, the day cream is liquid. That being said the product works well on the 11's and around the creases by my mouth and nose. 11-16-14
Product has changed! I have read the reviews that say this product is more fluid than cream and I totally agree--you can pour it from the tube. I contacted Dr. Perricone's people and was told by a sales specialist that this product is handled exclusively by QVC and should not be a water consistency and that QVC should be notified and should replace it. Don't know what you do if that is all QVC has in stock. QVC needs to contact the manufacturer if they continue to make it available. I loved the product until now and have no problem with the fishy smell since it goes away quickly. QVC, please bring back the original formula! 10-21-14
this stuff is Amazing! Be patient-it works! With this product you really have to give it a few weeks....I waited long enough before I wrote this review...and have been using it over a month and now decided to use really works sooooooooo well...I have just started to get some forehead lines which I reallllllllllly hate...and this stuff in the morning under my makeup not only softens them but after a few weeks use, they barely are noticeable so naturally I'm getting more! I rarely find a product that works so well...and the smell? really?? Barely notice it plus its gone in about 2 seconds after you put it biggee there...GREAT PRODUCT! I'm trying the good Doc's night cream next! Between Perricone...PTR an Dr. Denese...I dont need to go any further for quality productive facial products! 10-20-14
This is a CREAM??? I purchased this 2-3 months ago. I have a question. The contents of this tube are not a cream. The consistency is not even as creamy as a hand lotion. More on the watery side. When I shake the tube, is 'sloshes' like water. Is it supposed to be this way? I am still using this and can't really tell much change in my skin.... but it's not hurting it either. Will someone please tell me if the product is supposed to be this liquid?? Also, I have never noticed a smell with this product, so I can't identify with those who say it smells bad. 10-05-14
Good It depends on how my skin is feeling that I see some of the cream to perform 09-12-14
Pricey, but effective I find this way too emollient for daytime use, but my dry skin loves this as a night cream. Whenever I use it, my skin seems brighter, firmer and more supple the next day, especially in the neck area. However, there are some minuses: it always seems to seep into my eyes and sting them something fierce--so I avoid putting it on my lids or inner corners. Also, although the smell does dissipate after a few minutes, it really is off-putting, and the price is rather steep. 09-04-14
Can't Handle The SMELL!!! Wow! I'd give this zero stars if I could. I got this in a set of trial sizes that I'd ordered two of. When I opened the first one it smelled so bad that I thought I'd gotten a bad one but my 2nd one smelled the same. Dead fish! Yuk! My husband gagged when I asked him to smell it. I tried putting it on my arm to see if the smell would linger... oh yeah! It does! I just can't put this on my face. I'd rather have wrinkles. I'd always wanted try Perricone products but now I doubt I ever will. Too bad. 09-01-14
love this product I purchased this product when it was a TSV along with the moisturizer. I was using Perricone Formula 15 and the moisturizer prior to that along with another anti aging product from another brand. I actually ran out of the other brand and noticed that my skin showed an immediate improvement while using only the Perricone products. It was good before but I got an even better result only using Perricone. So I introduced this cream to my daily routine and my skin looks fantastic. Had deep creases from the corner of my lips to my chin and they are almost gone. Overall color and firming has dramatically improved using only Perricone and adding this product. It is pricey but a little goes a long way. One thing I want to comment on is there is confusion with what is said during the presentations, the directions here and the directions included with the product. I always did put it all over my face but the directions with the product say to put it where you want to create contour. Forget that, put it all over. 08-23-14
Fresh from the Sea! If you want to smell like dead fish, then this cream is for you. I don't know what in the world is in it, maybe fish oil? I really can't speak to its efficacy because I only used it once before I mailed it back. The smell is supposed to dissipate; however, it definitely does NOT. My husband actually left the bed and went to sleep on the couch. I washed my sheets and pillow cases the next day because they were funky. Its too bad because I really like the Perricone products that do not smell. I couldn't justify this extreme price for a cream that I was going to let sit in my drawer. This one was just gross. YUCK! 08-23-14
Doesn't work immediately You have to give it more time. And yes there is a smell but goes away and around 30 seconds. It is written in the description and they do mention it on air too! People shouldn't rate this cream on the smell they should rate it how it works on your beautiful face. The smell is one of the ingredients and I wouldn't want them to decrease that powerful ingredient. 08-23-14
Loaded with Paraben I was so excited to receive this but it was loaded with many kind of parabens. So many companies are taking the parabens out of their products. I wish Dr. Perricone would make all of his products paraben free. However, I absolutely love OVM and I'm looking forward to getting his new product the Hyalo Plasma. 08-16-14
