It works
I am 55 years old and finally entering into menopause. Thanks to hormonal changes, my skin has been breaking out over the past six months or so. Back when I had my last son, 21 years ago, I had the same problem caused by hormonal changes during pregnancy. At that time, I went to a dermatologist but with no results. Proactiv was relatively new then, but I gave it a try and it worked! So, if it worked when I was 34, could it work at 55? You bet it does! Thank goodness it's still around. I've been using it for just about 2 weeks and there is a tremendous difference. For the first week, I used the 3 step program 2x/day as recommended. Lately I'm only using the 3 steps once/day and the cleanser only the other time and this is what's working for me. Be careful, though, as another poster mentioned...I did ruin a blue towel. Rinse as throughly as you can and dry with an old towel...preferably white!

Be Careful!!
I purchased this product about 3 weeks ago and it's something that I wanted for a long time. I just didn't know it was available on QVC. The problem is that no one ever mention that it will bleach out your color wash clothes. I had bought all new towels and wash clothes last year and I figured that would last for a long time. But, to my surprise I noticed the the wash clothes were bleached out. I knew I had not used any bleach on my towels, so I contacted the company and they replied with the bleaching is possible and it's printed on the bottle. Had anyone mention this in the presentation, I would not have bought this product.

A Great System
I recently purchased this Super-sized kit and I LOVE IT! I tried Proactiv many years ago as a teenager (prior to the new micro-crystal formulation) and didn't have any luck because I didn't stick with it long enough to see results. Now I struggle with mild acne as an adult and I had been experimenting with various acne systems until I saw this system during an on-air presentation. I picked it up because I thought the value was very good and I was curious about the new formulation. I have only been using it about a week and it's awesome. I especially love the super-size Deep Cleansing Wash (which I use on my chest, back & face in the shower in the AM); when I dry my skin off and touch my face it feels so incredibly soft and smooth. The bonus spot treatment is great too. My skin is VERY acne-treatment resistant and I have already noticed a difference: current blemishes have either shrunk or gone away and the texture of my skin is amazing. I was so pleased with the results I decided to order several makeup products (primer, foundation, concealer) directly from Proactiv (unfortunately there is not much of a selection on QVC right now because products are either unavailable or have sold out). I highly recommend giving this kit a try- even the smell of the products are not offensive and actually have a slight "spa-like" scent! Thanks, Proactiv!

It really works!
I am almost 58 years old, but I have always had extremely oily, acne-prone skin. I used Proactiv years ago, but quit when I started hormone replacement therapy. I've been off that for 2 years, and my skin is back to it's old, pimply self. Very depressing when you're battling zits and wrinkles! Anyway, I received this yesterday and used it last night. I like the tingly feeling it gives. This morning, my skin looked better already! I hope it continues to improve. I would definitely recommend this to more mature women like myself.
