Good shoes for ppl who run often
These shoes are light weight and meant to change your running form. Had a pair for almost a year, about to order my second pair. good shoes. To run well, you need to push off the ground with maximum force. With each step, your foot should hit the ground lightly--landing between your heel and midfoot--then quickly roll forward. Keep your ankle flexed as your foot rolls forward to create more force for push-off. As you roll onto your toes, try to spring off the ground. You should feel your calf muscles propelling you forward on each step. Your feet should not slap loudly as they hit the ground. Good running is springy and quiet. Good running isn’t slamming your feet on the ground running like a horse, in other words if you are making a lot of noise you’re not running properly.

They look better than they feel
It's hard to believe they call these "Running Shoes". There is ZERO support and the insole is paper thin, which is probably why they are so light-weight. Not worth the price.
