bad strap design I like the size, style, and function of this bag BUT the large hook that adjusts the length of the strap is very poorly designed. The hook is large with one end sticking out and it tends to poke my hand, somebody else's hand, or puncture or scratch any surface. It is a very very very poorly designed strap. 06-13-12
