It works.. just a little different method
If you applied the Mally Gel Polish using the recommended directions, then you will have no problems using this. First off, use your pink file and file off the shine from your polish.( A MUST DO) Second, forget the soaking. Go online and buy foil wraps with pads already built in. The other popular nail company makes it. You get a pack of 250 of them and you can REUSE them if you are gentle with the foils. Dab a touch of Mally's remover on the cotton pad area, wrap your finger like a buritto and wait a full 10 minutes. Do one hand at a time so you can sit and do your email or something.
Then stand over your bathroom sink, remove the foil and take your thumbnail from your opposite hand and LIGHTLY scrape from the nail bed to tip.. one direction only. I dont even want to use the word "scrape" because it more like a light scratch.. It will flake off like a lottery ticket. Buff lightly, use some cuticle oil and you are good to go!
I agree that this is pricey and a very small bottle (one star off for that).. but my next experiment will be trying PURE acetone and a touch of liquid lanolin after this bottle is empty.

Soaking Takes Too Long
I agree that this soak off solution takes a lot longer than 15 mins. And I also have to scrape fairly hard to get it all off. Ditto for me with making a bigger bottle at the same price. $15 for only 4 oz is too much money.

RECYCLE - REUSE - THINK GREEN
Since you're not drinking this, I would suggest to anyone wanting to be more enviro-friendly, to just recycle the used product when you finish removing the old polish. Put it back into the bottle and use it over and over. Or put it into an old, empty nail polish remover bottle. Going green requires good old common sense and practical thinking.

Product Works
The product works ok (not great) if you follow the steps but taking points off for price and packaging. It should cost less for the amount that you get. Also, it came in a huge box (for this one item) with lots of paper cushioning. Mally and QVC - please start being more "green" in your use of packing materials and shipping only one item per box. It will save us all money and help the environment!
