It's Going Back
Really? I used this once, and when I went to use it the following morning, it was gone, empty, kaput. So, the container is on it's way back and I'm not happy!

Never Again
I am not a fan of this product. The brush is about to fall out & wiggles around every time I try to use it. The pencil is just average.

GREAT...BUT NO
I have to say this is the best brow pencil that exists; HOWEVER, I have had mine for less than one month, used and loved it everyday. This morning, went to use and discovered that it is all used up! Less than one month! Maybe I got a dud, I don't know, but there is NO way I can afford to purchase this product and use it so quickly. I would have accepted the cost, shipping is outrageous, but not the amount in it.

Good But Not Perfect
Hmmm, is this color universal? I'd say not, but I think it would work on a lot of women. A problem I had is that the color is just too reddish, just a wee bit too warm. This can be flattering some days, or look totally unnatural on others. This depends on what makeup I'm wearing with it, the lighting I'm in, time of day or night, etc. I was very VERY impressed by how long it stayed--my brows still looked neat and full by the end of the night, which is saying something because makeup usually disappears on me. It was a bit hard to use and it can't be sharpened, so the tip gets a little too blunt to really work with easily. Also, the caps kept falling off in my bag--grrrr!!! I'd say it's truly an excellent product because of the staying power, as well as taking a lot of guesswork out of choosing a color, but it's definitely flawed. It's definitely worth trying, but next time I'll probably try the It Cosmetics brow pencils that can be sharpened and see if they have any of the same problems.

Love this eyebrow pencil, but...
I love how natural this pencil looks. The brush makes it blend into my brows perfectly. I also like the fact that it's waterproof. A few drawbacks to this product though are I had to practice with it to get the hang of it. I also am kind of disappointed in the fact that it breaks off very easily. The price is kind of high for the amount of product that you actually get to use.

Falls out
This is the second time that I have purchased the pencil. Both times the color stick fell out of the pencil and I had to pick up the pieces and put them back in. This cost too much to have to waste some of it in broken little pieces on the floor.

I have great brows now!!!
I received this brow pencil when it was part of a TSV and it was worth the price of the whole set I ordered. This is such a WONDERFUL color for just about anyone to use and it stays on all throughout the day. Love the brush at the opposite end also--helps to finish the look of my now "perfect" brows!!!

Won't buy again
QVC sells a couple of other brands that I fell are better products that are priced better.

PLEASE MAKE THIS IN LIGHT BLONDE
I have light blonde hair and need a blonde eye brow not taupe. I love this product, all of your products for that matter! Please add more colors. I am using your gel brow pencil however I PREFER this one in BLONDE PLEASE...XX

It didn't send me.
This brow pencil isn't ideal for me for several reasons.
•I prefer an automatic brow pencil that's more slim w/ a finer tip than this 1. The tip on
this is flat and square. I've had to gently mold it into a finer tip using tissue paper or
something else.
I've used many of the super slim automatic brow pencils and like the ease and control of
them much better. I happen to have finer brows but prefer using the slimmer 1's on
people w/fuller brows as well.
•It isn't a universally compatible color especially for those of us who have found it
somewhat difficult to find natural looking brow colors that are light enough.
I'm a very fair skinned natural strawberry blonde w/ seriously platinum blonde hair. I have
some visible brows but no hair from about the arch on. I wear my brow color as soft
as possible while finely defining the arch and tail (using a tiny angled brush). I like to
wear mine pretty thin and arched but balanced - not scary. I just feel so bad when I see a
person w/ scary tadpoles drawn on so heavily.
There are tons of brow products out there. This 1 isn't the worst. It's just not 1 of the best in my opinion. Too bad I got this 1 before the new IT Cosmetics brow gel liner came out...in various colors!
