You must reapply often and the color I ordered - Beige Peony didn't work for me. It's almost nude with very little color. The lipstick feels really good on your lips but the color is too light. Not as in the sample on your color chart. Will return, sorry.

Color not right
I ordered Ravishing Rose and the color states that it is correct but I compared it with the color on the web site and it is the exact same as Pink Carnation. Not very happy. Sorry philosophy you should check your colors.

LUXURIOUS IS ACCURATE DESCRIPTION
I purchased this lipstick in the Guava Melon. It is a beautiful color (I listened to Lisa) and goes well with my fair skin. I ordered a lipstick brush from Laura Geller and use these to apply all of my lipsticks now and they go on so well and there is no waste. A good investment for you and you will love the lipstick - so moist and soothing.

I love the color, but...
....it does not hold up, you have to reapply it fairly often if you are eating and drinking. Unfortunately, I have never found an "all day" lipstick or a supposed "long lasting" lip gloss that does not need to be reapplied often. I have tried hundreds over the last 40 years, all the supposed best, and this one lasts about the same as any other lip gloss. What I do love about this product is the way it goes on, it is a cross of lip stick and lip gloss,slides on "like butter", keeps my lips hydrated long after the color wears off, and the colors are beautiful. I just received the Guava Melon, and although it is darker than I expected, because it is somewhat sheer, I can adjust the color by wearing it over lighter or different colored regular lipsticks. I wore it today over a coral and it came out gorgeous. I am going back for the 3 pack they sell.
