Laura Geller Spackle SPF 30 2 oz.
Too shiny and greasy
I tried so hard to like this. I even purchased it twice. By the middle of the second tube I have given up. It makes my skin feel slimy and my balance-n-brighten just doesn't last. Thankfully I discovered Josie's spf 47. It is exactly what I have been looking for!
I love this product!!!! I LOVE the result!! I have used many many different brands of primers.... and none can compare!!!!!! Laura Geller is by far the best when it comes to primer!!!!! I have tried all the different spackles and love them all!!!
I am not an expert on cosmetic products. I look for what I need and assume it'll do the job. I needed this product. I like the fact that you only have to use a little dot in order to do the job. It is economical.
Don't ever stop producing this product!
I have tried many primers and this is the absolute best product ever. I use it after my AM serum. It goes only smoothly and every evenly. I wait only a couple of minutes, then apply my foundation either Bare Minerals or their new complexion rescue. Both types of products go on evenly. Spackle absorbs quickly and I never have any problem with it being tacky or the foundation not spreading smoothly. Added benefit is the SPF 30, which I love
Best make-up product; best face sunscreen product
Now that I've discovered LG Spackle SPF 30, I don't know what I'd do without it and hope LG never stops making it. So many young people don't realize the importance of wearing sunscreen on a daily basis - some times they compliment me on my skin, as if I'm a quirk of nature. (I'm not - I'm 66 and began using daily sun protection at age 30.) LG Spackle SPF 30 is the first product I've used that doesn't crumble, make my face turn ghost-like, dry up, or make my eyes water. Plus I love the very subtle sheen - more of a glow - it gives my skin - I get compliments - people ask what I'm doing for my complexion. I really just use the Spackle with a little mineral foundation brushed over the top and occasionally some blush. But when I'm in a hurry, I use the Spackle alone - also on neck and decollete. Love and appreciate the addition of SPF to Spackle - Laura, would you consider making a tinted (bronzing) or champagne Spackle in SPF 30?
Best primer ever!
Absolutely love this product. Wonderful primer. Does not flake or pill up over time. I wear it alone as sunscreen when I don't wear foundation. Adds a nice glow to skin without adding pigment. So pleased with this product. Please, never stop making this product!
I love this spackle because not only is it a good primer but it has an SPF 30. I use it lightly over my face AND my neck and décolletage. It smoothes out the areas and I don't have to apply any other sunscreen to my neck, etc.
Too much will be greasy and you need to let it set before you apply foundation. Works especially well with any powder foundation.
This product is God's gift to skin
The product fills in any cracks, pores, or wrinkles in your skin. This has a substantial SPF factor too. Nice slip on the skin,It doesn't ball up on you, If it ever did ball up its because your using too much. Very efficient product. LOVE it.
I love Laura's primers because they definitely do what they say, smooth over your pores, keep your makeup on longer, and I especially like this one because it eliminates the extra step of adding an SPF cream to my face.
My Favorite Spackle
I love the double duty of this Spackle and hope it becomes available in supersize. I like that it has no sunscreen smell, adds no color, adds no shimmer. This product holds my makeup on all day (I use a CC cream and/or baked foundation). I notice that some reviewers think the primer is greasy (maybe using too much? ) or sucks in the foundation. I never have that issue because I apply this product, spend a minute doing something else in my morning routine to give the primer a bit of time to set, then apply my makeup.
Laura Geller's Spackle-soooo disappointed
I was deeply disappointed in this product. Nothing promised regarding the benefits and results of Laura Geller's Spackle was true. I decided to use it as a sunscreen, but then didn't use it at all, so it sits in my medicine cabinet laughing at my gullibility every time I open the door.
This is the worst primer I have ever used. It is greasy and made my make up look terrible. It made my pores look much worse than they are; the make up just soaked into them with this so called primer. Save your money. Better to use no primer than to use this one!
