These bars were very good. I think some people think you just eat the bar as lunch. But it seems to me if you are following the plan you shoud also have vegetables. One bar doesn't seem to be sufficient to hold you until the afternoon snack. So far they are all very tasty to me for diet food. Because it is diet food I would not give this as a gift.

DELICIOUS!!!
I was pleasantly surprised by these bars! Actually didn't think they would satisfy me, but was I ever wrong. Each one I tried was delicious and very satisfying. So easy to grab & go & enjoy on the drive to work. PLEASE BRING THEM BACK SOON!!!

I love these for lunch. I take them to work with me. They are so easy to grab and go. Please bring them back again!

Okay
I needed something quick for lunch that would help curb my appetite and give me a jump start.
The only ones I didn't like were the Raspberry and Trail MIx. All others were okay.

Does Not Taste Like Diet Food
This is the second time I have ordered this.....they are good tasting and
convenient.

Disappointed
I didn't like the taste of quite a few food items. Couldn't finish any dinner choices. The dessert options were all calorie laden considering what you can get in grocery store by just reading labels and buying light selections. The snacks were really disappointing. How can even popcorn taste "off"? Packaging was well done but that doesn't help with the overall diet food plan.

Money well spent
I own my own hair salon, so I hardly ever mark myself out for a "lunch break", so these bars are a great quick way to get something healthy in my belly,in between appointments and I don't feel guilty. They are really yummy and believe it or not, they do hit the spot. My fave is the graham bars..and the chocolate carmel..and...well...you will have to try them for yourself! ; )

Looked like a good deal on air ...
... so I decided to try some of these bars. We sampled a few and I found some of the chocolate lunch bars almost too rich. I don't know if my common sense tells me having two bars daily and a meal is a meal with good nutrition, so ours are going back. I also suffer from gerd. I think this might bothr people with that condition. I appreciated being able to sample a few of these. I'm sure they'll work for others.

Great for on the Go!!
I love these bars, and I have ordered them multiple times. They are great for those that use public transit because they are easy to carry with you. My only complaint is I wish the price was lower.

Wonderful!
This bar fills me up and helps keep me from eating things I shouldn't ...In the past 7 months I have lost over 20 pounds and I think it is due to eating these bars. I have not had to change too much else. I love the taste and look forward to having them to eat. Marie knows what is good, that is for sure!

It has been 8 months since I reached my goal (lost 140 lbs); I continue to buy these for those days when I just need some chocolate. They help me to keep on track and feel like a treat when I need one.
