Dries out your lips
There is a reason why this Lip Stain is on sale elsewhere online. Within 5 seconds of putting this on, it dried up and dried out my lips. It is AWFUL! Save yourself the trouble and forget about this one!

Good formula but where's the color?
I bought a few of these as gifts but tried one myself. There was vertually no color. The stain is not a stain at all. I love no cruelty products so I will be back but I was a little dissappointed in these.

Non drying & long lasting
The pink & the berry were both received as gifts. I adore the pink! It is the perfect shade for me. Dark haired/eyed, medium skin. The berry was just too dark. I found it does stay pretty well. I am lip stain/lip gloss obsessed & have tried a lot out there & nothing I've tried stays ALL day w/no fading. This is pretty good tho. I would buy it again in the pink.

Disappointed
I ordered the nude and it did not look the color at all. It was liney, stainy and not recomended. And also did not last.

Good and bad
The lighter gloss in the gray end was a nice color and gloss. The darker color in the see through end was horrible. It was super thin in consistency and left gloss clumps.

Wonderful product!
I have very fair skin tone, bordering on porcelain. I decided to try this, but the store I went to only had 1 shade, the berry. I wanted it so badly I decided to try it, expecting it to be too dark. Let me tell you, it is fabulous! It looks beautiful on my skin tone. I am coming here to order in another shade and might go for the red. The stain literally has lasted all day ... through coffee, lunch, even dinner. If you want to lighten it up, use the stain with a different gloss on top. Thank you, Tarte!

Great for Lips that Tend to Feather!
Love this product for its durability,anti feathering,color ( have the nude ) ,smell, taste,texture.It is the best lip product I have used since my lips have matured !!!!

More colors
The stain is great and it really last. It goes on unlike most stains.I really liked it. I got the pink and find it was too light for my medium skin tone. I would like to buy a darker color but, am afraid according to some of the reviews. I wanted mauve but, I didn't want purple lips so I am not ordering it only to return it because it's too dark. But, I would buy it again if there was a color in between pink and mauve.

Love!
I bought this (the pink) today at the store and I Love it!. I actually love the stain by itself and I LOVE the gloss by itself ( I think it might be my favorite gloss ever) and I like them better by itself than together. The Stain stays on forever! Please Please can Tarte just come out with just the gloss-it is so beautiful on its own!!!!! (I sampled the other colors and I will be back to try the others (I'll buy that trio). Also, (if tarte is reading this) Please bring back the Vitamin gloss trio with Harmony and Heavenly!. Thanks you!!!

not enough product for the price
I thought the product was great staying on, however, not enough product for the price. Very small and there is not enough colors. Would love to keep it, but I think I would get about 5 uses out of it. I got the mauve and it looks more like a dark purple my husband said. I didn't get the berry because it looked too dark. And the pink looks too light. Need a tweener! Mauve should be a pinky-light berry? If your very rich- go for it. I tried to use it lightly and didn't show enough color. great product- not enough of it for the money and not enough colors. please improve!! and I'll buy it again.

Longest lasting stain yet!
I DO NOT EVER write reviews...but, I wanted to let all of you QVC gals know that this is the longest lasting lip stain that I have ever found. It seems a little runny at first, but don't let that deter you, it works great! The gloss gives that perfect finish and tingles slightly as you put it on your lips (kind of similar to the BE Buxom). I chose the peach and it was a great, refreshing color. You can also adjust the color of the stain by adding more for darker or less for a lighter, more natural look. This is NOTHING like all of those sticky lip stains that you have tried from the drugstore; this one keeps your lips smooth and is not as drying as most. Love it! Way to go tarte!

not for me
there is just not enough go in this gloss. the color fades, the gloss is gooey, just not enough pigment for my pucker. back it goes.
