BEST PRODUCT EVER INVENTED!!!!
LET ME JUST SAY FIRST THAT I FEEL BAD FOR THE CUSTOMERS WHO DID NOT HAVE A POSITIVE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS PRODUCT. I CAN'T IMAGINE ANYONE GIVING THIS PRODUCT A BAD REVIEW SO PERHAPS THEY RECEIVED A LEMON, OR WERE NOT USING IT CORRECTLY. IT IS BY FAR THE BEST PRODUCT I HAVE EVER PURCHASED IN MY LIFE. I STRUGGLED WITH FACIAL AND BODY HAIR MY WHOLE LIFE, AND WHEN I SAY I HAD FACIAL AND BODY HAIR I MEAN REALLY REALLY BAD. I WAS TEASED FOR THE AMOUNT OF HAIR I HAD ON MY FACE, AND I HAD TO SHAVE MY LEGS TWICE, SOMETIMES THREE TIMES A DAY. WAXING MADE MY SKIN RED, BREAKOUT, AND BURN, SHAVING GAVE ME A STUBBLE EFFECT. NOTHING WORKED FOR ME. I FINALLY HAD TO SETTLE FOR PLUCKING AND EPILATING MY FACE, BUT IT WAS PAINFUL AND I HAD TO DO IT EVERYDAY, SOMETIMES TWICE A DAY, AND I ALWAYS MISSED HAIRS. BELIEVE ME WHEN I TELL YOU THAT THIS PRODUCT HAS CHANGED MY LIFE FOREVER!!! IT REALLY REALLY WORKS, IF USED PROPERLY. YES THE LASER AREA IS SMALL, BUT IT IS SO WORTH THE TIME IT TAKES TO USE THIS PRODUCT BECAUSE WHEN YOUR TREATMENT IS DONE, YOU ARE HAIR FREE! AND IF YOU HAVE SUFFERED THE WAY I HAVE IN THE PAST WITH OTHER FORMS OF HAIR REMOVAL, YOU WOULD AGREE TOO THAT IT IS WORTH IT. I NO LONGER HAVE TO SHAVE MY UNDERARMS, LEGS, AND OTHER AREAS I AM TOO EMBARRASSED TO REVEAL I HAD HAIR ON, MY FACE IS HAIR FREE FOR THE FIRST TIME IN MY LIFE. IN FACT, MY SISTER EVEN COMMENTED TO ME, "WOW YOU CAN FINALLY REALLY SEE YOUR FACE". I CAN'T TELL YOU HOW AMAZING THIS PRODUCT IS, AND HOW I AM SO GRATEFUL TO THE MAKERS OF IT. THANK YOU FOR ALLOWING ME TO FEEL LIKE A NORMAL PERSON.

Only 400 Total Charges, Then Unit Will Not Work
After talking to Tria Beauty customer service they told me that I need to try to charge my unit before the full charge runs out as there is only 400 total full charges I can get out of my unit. After 400 full total charges the unit will not work anymore. This was upsetting to hear this as this was not mentioned in any presentation I have ever seen.
I tried using the product and was able to do the highest level every where except for my face, only could use medium levels on face.
I give it one star due to the unit will only work to 400 total full charges then I have a high price unit that will not work after that.
I also noticed that it does and will take me forever to do my legs with such a small laser.
Great for small areas!
After about 2 months my unit stopped working properly.
If you can make a Tria with a larger laser to cover more surface areas at one time I will be happy to purchase this as it will do more for me in one charge. If there is a limit on charges then this will really help complete the job. (legs)
I wanted this for so long and I never thought to research how many full charges you can get out of it. I am sad about not being able to keep it or exchange it for another working Tria. (I could have done a exchange) Just decided not to till they make a larger laser area.

NO MORE BLADES FOR ME!!!
I did alot of research on this before it was a t.s.v. All reviews were more than positive. got it home, did each area every week religiously. I did underarms, legs, bikini, and lip/chin. The first place I noticed was my underarms. Not needing to shave everyday, unbelievable. My lip/chin took only a couple treatments. Legs & bikini almost done. Yes it takes a bit of time for legs but as women, we spend time on everyone else & should treat ourselves to this miracle!! I kept track of my treatments in the back of the book & now I just do where is needed. Ladies, put the time in, u won't be sorry.

Truly Awesome
I have been dealing with unwanted hair specifically on my upper lip, chin, and arms. I have had the Tria for about three months now. I have seen a dramatic difference in the areas mentioned. I am not uncomfortable to let people touch my face anymore, and that dreaded five o'clock shadow is gone. The larger areas will take time, and I haven't gotten to them yet. This machine really is a life changer.

Not Worth the Money & Very Disappointing
This was the TSV, on Easy Pay, & 3 months to return it so I decided to try it. It will be going back within the next wk or so. First, the laser part is just too small so it takes forever to do large areas such as your legs. Second, it has done nothing to even slow the growth of hair in the areas where I need it & I've been using it on the highest setting. I was hoping this would be what I had been hoping for. Unfortunately, that isn't the case. I hoped that I had finally found the solution I needed, but turns out that I'm very disappointed. Don't waste your time or money

Worth it's weight in gold.
I could not be happier with this machine, it has boosted my confidence so much. I had a bit of mustache hair on the left side of my mouth which would look awful after I plucked, like bumps that never went away, I was very self conscious about it. Plus I had some chin hairs that always look like I was broken out. This has taken it all away and I am thrilled. I bought this machine for this small area, but when something is on your face it is something you just can't hide. I am now using it on my underarms and it is working but taking time which is fine with me. I know the area for the treatment is small on the machine but I think if you want it for your face then it is probably safer than some of the bigger models since I wouldn't want the light to shine in my eyes when it is working.

Too Time Consuming
I bought this as a TSV and because of the 90-day return policy, I just sent it back.
The head is too small, the devcie kept shutting off........too much frustration!
I had professioanl laser hair removal 10-years ago on my bikini line, BEST money I have ever spent. I thought I would try this on my underarms, awkward! After 60-days I decided I had had enough.
This might be OK on toes or upper lip, but any large area it just isn't efficient.

on air presentation misleading
You forgot to mention this doesn't work on white or gray hair. You also forgot to mention that the buyer has to call Tria to
"activate" the unit. Unfortunately, Tria doesn't answer on the weekends (they say call back during hours, but don't say when those hours are). Even during what would have been "business hours" in any state but Hawaii and Alaska, , after waiting 30 minutes on hold, I decided it wasn't worth the .Surely for the kind of money being charged, Tria could invent a unit that activated on charging or, at least, hire enough people to answer their phone in a timely manner. I sent the unit back.

Works BETTER & FASTER than expected
Purchased at a reduced price/TSV and began using when recieved in March. Used 3x the first week and noticed a difference at the end of the week as no new hair growth! I kept using 3x a week for another 2 weeks and have periodically used it since AND NO NEW HAIR GROWTH!! This is an awesome product and would highly recommend!

Works, but....
I purchased the original Tria and got this one so that I could use it on my face. I wish I had found this when I was younger, before some of my face hairs starting turning white, as this doesn't take care of those. I do find that it does work but the reason I gave it only a 3 star rating is that due to the size of the laser face - it takes FOREVER to do your legs and arms and I just don't have the patience for that, but for face, underarms and bikini line I think it is great.

great results
Have trouble with facial hair since starting puberty I have bleached , waxed ,and lastly shaved . This product does want it states . I did start at the highest level to get quick results . I know one thing if my granddaughter has same problem I will buy it for her .I had many years of such complex with increase hair growth from my polycystic ovaries . I .The host states your skin feels like baby soft skin that is true . Even if hair does grow back it is baby fine even that is plus well worth the money being able to do privacy of your home

not what it seems
Well i really really wanted this to work. i have had issues w/ chin hair and lip hair and i really didnt want to spend hundreds on professional hair removal. Well now i wish i had..i tried this out for about 2-3 months...at first i noticed a lot of slowed hair growth..could go days without shaving or waxing it off...but sadly after deciding i wasnt seeing the results i sent it back due to the cost. Within the week i had all of the hair back full force..including more than i had before. I think this would need at least a 6 month trial to get the permanent results they talk about. I have dark brown hair and fair skin so i was in the perfect range to use this. Really wish i had more time to try it, but because it just wasnt showing me the results it went back. The pain is unreal though...very sharp pain and sometimes intense burning feelings. I guess ill use my refunded cash to go to a professional!
