NOT FLATTERING
I ordered the shrug and was satisfied with it. I decided to try the tank, but not good. It's just too long for me (5' 1 1/2") It might pass with slacks but I needed it to wear with a skirt. It did not flatter me at all. I' m a little chubby and it didn't do anything at all except make me look bigger. So sadly, back it goes. It's pretty and sparkly like the shrug but just would be better on a tall, thin person.

I love Joan!!
I have this in the coral and I love it! I am not a glitter person, but this is so beautifully done. I was nervous ordering it but I am so happy I did! I am going to order it in 3 more colors. It has a very soft lining (not see-through at all, yay) and is really understated glamour. Joan I will kiss you if I ever see you in person!

Pretty Colors
I bought three of these in different colors. I typically wear an XXS but since that size was not available I went with the XS. They are a bit on the large side. I cannot wear them by themselves but when worn under cardigans (I pair with LOGO) they are really pretty. The colors are beautiful and the sequins are not scratchy. I appreciate that they are lined. I have purchased other sequined items in the past (not from Joan) and have had to return because the sequins bothered me so much.

Perfect Fit
Very subtle sequins and the "french vanilla" is a very soft yellow. The fit was perfect for me but I only wish armholes could be just a little smaller with Joan's tank tops.

huge fit for pretty top
I wanted to keep it so badly because it's SO pretty! But heavens, the sizing is ridiculous. The XS fits like a medium. There is no way I could wear it without major altering, which is not a good idea for the way it's made and with sequins. Joan, please make your tops for petite women who don't have giant backs and bosoms! this thing is super wide.

Just the right amount of bling.
I ordered this in the Buttercream yellow color. Just the right shade, not at all too bright or too pale. Reminds me of fresh cut lemons. Love it! Must exchange for smaller size, but worth the wait.
Shell is well made and with the lining between skin and the stitching (sequins) is just right, does not scratch or itch. Will go under a jacket or just by its self with a long skirt or dressy pant. If I might make a suggestion......use another of the colors of this shell under the Susan Graver yoryu Paisley Tunic (the one with the stretch shell) to match one of the other colors in the blouse, and you will get a subtle amount of sparkle under the tunic. That would be pretty on a cool evening if you wanted to tone down the bling factor. Just sayin. :)

Seafoam is pretty
Just arrived today. Good features include the clever pattern of
sequins, the fact that they are not "wall to wall", and the length,
plus the soft teal. Also, Joan I remembered that you commented
on the neckline, saying you wear it backward so the neckline is
not so plunging. I did the same and it is perfect. I have ordered
shrugs for three colors and three colors of shells. I'm excited to
receive the rest. Would not wear this without something over it.
I have not ordered Joan's clothing before so this is a first! Also
have the leopard jacket coming in her famous cut. So far I'm
pleased!

light colors best
I got black and a couple lighter colors. The lining is nice, the fit is nice. I don't care for the look of clear sequins on black, it doesn't look nice to me. The light colors look good with the clear sequins and give it the right finish. I have sensitive skin and the fabrication with the lining is all very comfortable. Keeping the light colors, sending the black one back.

Disappointed.
I had high hopes for this, but the color is a washed out coral that does nothing for me. The shell is fairly well made, nicely lined, but the armholes gaped open in the front, which meant I couldn't wear it without the shrug. It's going back.

Perfect with the Shrug
Beautiful shell. I purchased both black and white, I want them all! You can not go wrong purchasing this shell and also get the shrug, you can dress for formal occasions and also wear out with jeans. I just love this shell. Joan you are fab!! This is so classy. Thank You Joan!!
