I guess my taste buds are different from those who like this food. Cancelled the auto-ship right away. One shipment was enough. The dinners taste yucky! Too much trouble to return but would if I could.

Great System
If you have the will power, this is a great system! It's all about portion control and learning to eat after you are off the program. I bought this for my husband, who lost 30 pounds just in the first month, and on his weekends off we ate from the cookbook. I lost 8 pounds not even trying, just eating from the cookbook on weekends. He said the food didn't taste as bad as thought they would be and as for the cookbook recipes, they are very good. He's off the program now and I still cook from it. My kids even eat the food I prepare from the cookbook and they like it, not bland at all. Well worth the money!

Excellent Program
This was so simple and helped me make some changes in my eating habits. I lost 30 lbs even with traveling one week a month. I will keep going as I'd like to do another 20 lbs.

Taste and Quality changing ~~ =(
I have been on Nutrisystem for 1 yr and 2 months and have lost 30 lbs.+ I am thrilled. This system is all about teaching portion control and the proper amount of food you should be actually taking in on a daily basis,as I see it. Honestly, I am not hungry during the day being on this plan and totally enjoy the sweet desserts in the evening........But the quality on some dishes has changed dramatically from different programs of the past. I have enjoyed the food and especially the weight loss....but the soups and some of the pasta dishes have been lacking....I actually opened a spaghetti dish which had two strands of pasta in it !!!.....this is just wrong.....i avoid the salty desserts...salt overload. Please Nutrisystem~~don't let the other competition....bring you down....I believe Nutrisystem should be in high gear striving to be the best of the best......Don't let the greed of the almighty dollar take you down....work to make your product the BEST ! Thank you !

awesome results
Okay, I decided to try the summer program and I started in April, by august I went from 203 pounds to 172.Wow nutrisystem has changed my life. Started size 1x top size 18 pants I now wear a medium top and a size 12 pant amazing. I had just about given up hope of ever being able to lose weight. The food tastes pretty good but it teaches you, most importantly portion control. Its better when you add your vegetables mix them up in your nutrisystem dinners add fresh herbs spices even peppers and salsa, you have to open up your mind to retraining yourself how to eat heathy. All the complaints you have read prior are just people not ready to commit themselves to learning new eating behaviors. Losing weight is not easy but nutrisystem is a great teaching tool to teach you how to eat, control your portions, change your unhealthy eating habits nutrisystem saved my life and I will cherrish all the extra time I get to spend with my family and grandson. thank you so much nutrisysem
P.S. I am still on the program going for my recommend height and weight .

Great for learning portion control
My husband and I did this plan together. I am 5'3", 37 years old, have 4 kids and weighed 160 when i started. I lost 10lbs the first month and nothing the second. I was also doing p90x excersize program from qvc. I stopped losing weight but I was building muscle and firming up. Nutsystem food taste great and i never felt hungry. There is alot of red pasta type foods that taste good but pasta is not my favorite food in general. Learning the portions and the ease of use was great. The cost was low also. Even with buying extras like fruits & veggies our food bill was lower. This is a great plan to get people on track to healthy eating but I didn't want to eat the same foods more than 2 months. If you need to re-learn how to eat healthy and lose weight slowly this is a great plan.

made me sick!!
Made me sick!! I wanted this to work so badly that I tried it on and off for 4 months!! I couldn't stay on it because the food has a very processed taste, I craved fresh food!! It is loaded with carbs that I can easily replace with real food!! I only have 10 lbs to lose and I was use to eating healthy . Trying to force myself to eat this has made me sick!! I'm throuing the rest out!!!!

20 pounds in two months!
I had lost weight on Nutrisystem when it first came out in the 80s, and it just keeps getting better! The food is very good and the bars and shakes are my favorite. Best of all, it has taught me how to eat properly by eating six small meals a day instead of three large meals, and I find I am rarely hungry. I will continue this program as my goal is to return to my weight on my wedding day....only 40 more to go!

YES It WORKS !!
Nutri System works ! I have been on for almost 8 weeks and have lost 12 lbs. Most of the food is good and I do have flexibility with the meal items. The bars and shakes are great ! Just a few meals I do not care for. Gave me a little boost to weight loss and now feel I have just a few more lbs to lose and can do that on my own. The worst part is trying to maintain. GREAT product overall and recommend to anyone wanting to loose weight from a few lbs to alot of weight...

I am confused by QVC selling Nutrisystem. It is low calorie, so of course you lose weight, but who can eat that processed food that tastes like cardboard? What about when you're not on nutrisystem? Not for me.
