Comfortable Sandal
I received my sandals in the pewter and put them on (to wear inside to break in).....no break in necessary..these are awesome. I wore them all afternoon..no problems. I wear a 9 and had no issues with the strap or fit and my foot is narrow!I have foot issues with my right foot and had been looking for a comfortable sandal I could wear when I am walking around at the park or summer festivals and this is it! Love Clarks....98% of all my foot wear is from them...they just work for me!

Very comfortable but not true to color
I have a pair of "Earth Shoe" sandals in brown leather that are the same style as these, and was looking for a similar design in a more neutral shade. The pewter seemed to fit the bill, so I ordered a pair. I was somewhat disappointed in the color though, since to me, the leather portion of these has a definite bronze cast to it. I normally wear only Birkenstock sandals with no backstrap, but was looking for a style with the backstrap that I could wear around the house all day, and for when I am out and about and doing a lot of walking, yet not walk out of them on occasion as I do with Birkenstocks. They are great in fit, style and comfort, and I will be keeping them in spite of the "off" color.
P.S. I would have given this product a 5 star rating if there was no color issue. :-)

Ankle strap 2 inches too short!
Cute sandal but I was extremely disappointed that the ankle strap was so short that it made this sandal impossible to wear. This has to be a quality control issue so back these go.

So So Comfortable!
Love this shoe. Just received yesterday and I tried them on and wore them the rest of the day. LOVE. Very pleased with this shoe. Don't understand the comments about a short strap. The back strap on this shoe is more than long enough. I can even wear it as a slide by not hooking the back strap. Shoe stays on well enough without hooking strap for casual around the house wear.

Comfortable secure sandal
Just received them yesterday. Perfect sandal. Bronze is a good neutral color. I normally wear a size 10 in most shoes but ordered the 91/2. Glad I did. My foot fits into these shoes perfectly. Not too much shoe beyond the toes, which I find a problem with many sandals. Very comfortable. These will be my daily go to shoe weather permitting.

High instep... in sandles size up!!
Having a high in-step in a medium width, a half size up is the correct order for me. This is the third sandles' pair ordered through QVC using this sizing. I live in the White Mountains of NH and enjoy the great out of doors. This a great everyday sandle. They are so comfortable with the secure feature of a backstrap. The pewter color is an understated compliment to sportswear and denim! These are keepers.....

Darn! T-strap length off
When I got these home, I loved the color and the foot bed is really cushioned and felt good to walk on. I had followed the other reviews and went up half a size which seemed right given where my toes landed. However, where the t-strap met the ankle strap was weirdly narrow and when I tightened the shoe to make them fit, it didn't look good. I do have a high instep and plump feet.

OMG!
I just received these sandals, put them on and walked around a bit. I could wear these all day right out of the box! I was a bit worried because I don't normally like sandals with back straps, but wanted a sandal to wear on days with a lot of walking and these are the ones! I ordered black and I'm back for the pewter. Now.....to find room in my closet, I have such a sandal fetish LOL BTW I always order Clarks 1/2 size larger than my regular size.

Too bad...not for me....
So dissappointed...Clarks are one of a few brands that I can count on to be comfortable "'right out of the box". That did not happen with these. I wore them around my house with socks and could feel rubbing on my right foot...NOT good.
Pretty color (pewter), nice design, just not right for me. As others noted, the strap could have been longer , and the arch was higher than on other Clark sandals I have.
I think this was a fluke and will continue to buy Clark's wonderful shoes/sandals.

Pinky Toe Torture
I was really hoping these would work for me. They are really cute and would be very comfortable except my little toe comes out between the straps and after a little walking this is very painful. Why doesn't Clark's pay attention to this in their design?

Extremely Comfortable and Stylish
I really love these sandals. Not only are they stylish, but they are so comfy. I have problems wih my feet, extreme sensitivity on the soles of my feet. I have to have a shoe that has cushioning and these fit the bill perfectly for me. I love the ankle strap for added security when walking. These were comfortable the moment I put them on. I walked in them around the house all day just to be sure and I felt like I could walk anywhere and for any length of time and they would still be as comfortable. These are a winner in my book. The only small negative is that I would like to be able to tighten the ankle strap a tad bit more, but overall an excellent sandal. I'll be wearing these alot this summer.

Not for high instep
Cute sandals but not for those with a higher
instep. One foot is better than the other, but
had to return.
