WEN by Chaz Dean Tea Tree Rejuvenating 4-pc.Collection
This was my first set of wen I needed something for my thin hair! Now I have the extra body and volume!!!! Tea tree is my all time fave!!!!
Great Problem Solving and Gift Set
Honestly, I like mixing the formulas now. I started with Sweet Almond Mint then switched to Fig, and I really like them both for their purpose and results. Now my hair is healthy enough to try any of the formulas I enjoy. I may wash the first time with the Tea Tree and use the Six Thirteen for the second wash. If you need a wonderful set for scalp and growth problems or a nice gift set for someone you know with such problems, you may want to consider this set as a starting point. I've found several scents that I like but dealing with specific hair issues is first priority. I just ordered the new Bamboo Green Tea formula. WEN is a fabulous and exciting great hair journey, and I am so thankful for what it does for my hair and my family's hair. Way to go Mr. Chaz Dean and QVC! Bravo!
Chaz, you finally convinced me, thank heavens!
Chaz, I've watched you for some time, and finally broke down and tried the tea tree, fig, and summer mango. I'm hooked. I had beautiful, healthy silver hair before your products. However, I had no idea how much better it could be! It's shinier, softer, and actually lightened in color so that now it's a beautiful platinum shade. Thanks! If you follow your directions, it works like a champ.
Saved My hair!
The tea tree works wonders for my dry flaky scalp that I was suffering with for years. I just started using this and saw immediate results, my scalp is getting better my hair is shiny and has so much body less shedding too and it's growing! As far as the smell that really doesn't last that long, I can live with it because I would rather have healthy hair and scalp which is the end result that I was looking for. Please keep this collection in stock!
Great set. Like to mix it up with tea tree once in awhile.
Not so great, it's going back
I ordered the Tea Tree product because I have dry scalp issues and thought this could help. It actually did, but I hate the way it left my hair. There is a residue to the Wen "shampoo" product that just cannot be rinsed out. My hair felt heavy, was no better to manage, was NOT shiny, and after three uses I decided I could not take it any more. I could not imagine dealing with a continued build-up of the silicone or whatever that was remaining on my hair. (After all, if you continue using this product and never deal with that build-up, THEN what do you have on your hair?) Packed it up and sent it back. Judging from other comments, a lot of people have been happy with it. I was not.
STINKS!!! Made me gag!!!
This smells so bad, that I only used each of these items once and sent it back! Don't care what it could have done for my hair. I was embarrassed to go out in public with it smelling so bad! Even my husband said "gosh your hair smells horrible". WEN needs to do something about these scents. They get rid of the good smelling ones (fall ginger pumpkin and the mango one) and keep/develop stinking ones. I also mailed back the new fall Apple because, it too, smelled horrible!
This is my first time with Wen, and I am hooked already. I have very long naturally curly hair that I am constantly fighting the frizz head. I have only used this twice and from the first time there was a huge difference. I have actual curl definition now. In fact my hair looks curlier, like I just had a perm..Tried the oil in my scalp the night before the second cleanse. Using a little cleansing conditioner as a leave in with a a few drops of the oil while my hair drys. Before, I used a ton of various oils to try and tame the frizz. With Wen I only need a few drops, and I have a ton of hair.. I had been thinking cutting my hair much shorter because I am so tired of fighting with it.. Keeping the hair long now..The only thing is the comb. I thought it was supposed to be a special, no rough seams comb. Mine is very rough in between the teeth.
Great Intro to the World of Wen/Tea Tree
I started using Wen with the Lavender set about two months ago because I have very fine, limp hair. Lavender gave me great results, but I wanted more. (Don't we all...) So when I read the rave reviews for Tea Tree, I gave it a whirl. I've been using it for about two weeks, using the oil as directed the night before I cleanse - and wow - what a difference! I had lunch with a friend yesterday who said, "You have movie star hair - what in the world are you doing?"
Yes, tea tree oil smells like - um - tea tree oil, but I wouldn't have it any other way, because I want the results. Strangely enuf, my dog loves it too, because when I massage the oil on my scalp, he wants me to give him a rub-down too - too funny. Enjoy - this stuff is the very best!
im a fan!
I just started wen a month ago with fig. After hearing all the good reviews on tea tree I bought this collection. Wow!! I cannot get over how wonderful this smells. and the body in my hair after using all the products caused many compliments on my hair. I'm now scrambling to get all the tea tree products I can get. they are not so easy they always sell out so fast! I highly recommend this kit u will not be sorry get ready for the compliments!
I found the scent to be way overwhelming on his product so had to return it. I must have been asleep when ordering as I have tried using tea tree oil for cracked fingers in the winter and found the scent to be so overwhelmingly strong--thus, I'm not sure how Wen's Tea Tree Oil got ordered by me! Too medicinal.
Everything it is claimed to be
first time i used these products i could see the difference. more fullness and volume to my hair. i love what these three products do for my hair. just me maybe, but i wish the fragrance was sweeter; kinda reminds me of bug spray. sorry, but it could just be a medicinal type odor; but the fragrance does not last but a few minutes which is good. love the product anyway.
