True life changer!!THE best buy I ever made..
I have lived with large puffy bags under my eyes forover thirty years. in profile, they stuck out past my lashes. I felt ugly and always looked sick or tired. Since trying Firm X Eye from Roth , coworkers friends and strangers tell me I look terrific and YOUNGER,"what did you have done!" I just smile and tell them about this cream. I am 60 yrs old and wish you could see the difference its like 15 years disapeared.My confidence in the office has zoomed! I now only use make-up on chin and lower cheeks. That is how good my face looks. Use lightly under my eye,on crows feet and thin line over and under brows.Good to go!This is the first reveiw for any product I ever wrote anywhere but people need to know about Firm X Eye lasts all day till I take it off.

Works on Bare Skin but NOT with Makeup
This product is absolutely wonderful if you do not plan to use any moisturizer or makeup afterwards. For me, that does not work. I used very little, did not get the white residue, waited for it to completely dry, put on moisturizer and makeup and it all balled up into little balls that looked like dead skin. Had to start all over without this, wasted my time, felt let down on the promises. I think the demo should show the application and the application with moisturizer and makeup - but they don't. NOW I know why.

Never a day without it!
I have been using this product for over a year now. I would not be without it. No one ever believes me when I tell them my age, thanks to Instant firm X Eye. You MUST use a very small amount, and I have found that instead of using the brush, I use a precision end q-tip. I also use a powder base foundation under my eyes instead of liquid. You just need to play around with it a little. I love this product.

Love,Love, Love it!
I am glad I didn't read the reviews before I bought this product. I am 77 years old and have always had bags under my eyes. I decided to try this and was very pleased. I don't care how old you get you want to look your best. I am still working with elementary students and they are very truthful and when they notice it's a plus.

So Disappointing!!
I was so disappointed, because I wanted this to work! However, I should have listened to the other reviews and not wasted the return postage. If you didn't wear any moisturizer or make-up, then you'd be all set. Unfortunately, I need both. Even the smallest amount turned white and beaded up on my skin--not a pretty sight. Had to wash it off every time and start my regime over again! I did try it on bare skin just to see if it worked better, and it seemed to do fine (although I didn't see that much improvement in the lines anyway). I even waited 15-20 minutes before I tried putting on make-up--to no avail. If you need moisturizer and make-up like I do, don't waste your money. I think Firmalift worked better than this did!

Miracle worker
I can't say enough about this product! This is the best product I have bought from QVC. I will absolutely be at a loss if this is discontinued. I do not want to resort to plastic surgery for the removal of my under eye bags. This cream really works magic if applied correctly. I get a lot of "you don't look your age" compliments. I bought my first tube last year, a little goes a long way. At first when I used it, I put too much (practice makes perfect) and the residue would show. I have now gotten it down to a perfect science and the end result is fabulous, the bags under my eyes completely disappear. I firstly apply my face makeup then I apply the product. I only need a small dab from the tube and I keep dabbing all along the area where my bags are dominant and I let it dry. Then I apply my face powder. I dab not rub the face powder where I applied the product because if you tug or pull around the eye area where you applied the cream it will come undone. I absolutely luv this product!

No more puffy eyes!
This is my very first review of a product and I have been shopping the Q since 1988. I was not sure what to expect with this product, but was hopeful it could actually make a difference with my under eye puffiness. I am nearly 64 yrs. old and blessed with good genes. Young ladies cannot believe my true age! The under eye issue is my annoying problem (heredity), so when I tried this product, I was truly shocked to see those puffs disappear!!! I apply sparingly with my ring finger, wait a few minutes as it begins to tighten, (will feel a bit odd at first) , then apply a thin layer of moisturizer, light blush and good to go. I don't appear to have any whitening effect. The last few days at school my colleagues have given me great compliments on how I look and I cannot tell you how great that makes me feel since I am in breast cancer treatment. For those of us who find a product that can make a difference, especially us more mature ladies, we can thank the new cosmetic technologies of today. I hope this opinion is helpful.

Great Product
I received this product several days ago. Wow, what a difference it makes in the appearance of my fine lines around my eyes. I can't believe the compliments I'm already getting. I don't understand some of the negative reviews . I can only guess that they applied too much. Follow the directions and you will be a believer!

A ridiculous product
I was so happy to find it at my door the other day and couldn't wait to use it. What a joke! I guess if you put it on a clean dry face and don't plan on using any moisturizer or foundation it might work. It does tighten but as a more mature woman still working, I wouldn't leave my house looking like that. I tried putting on moisturizer after it dried and it got white and bumpy and really ugly. What a mess. Very disappointed - it's going back.

Not worth the money
I just didn't think this product is worth the money that I paid for it. I've tried a few of Peter Thomas Roth products and the results were not what I expected. When I spend my hard earned money I expect the results that are promised and this product did not deliver.

So disappointing!
I was so convinced this product would work as it did on TV, so much that I didn't save the packaging. Like my title says, so disappointing! I use very little, apply with small upward strokes with a brush, and the white residue appears. Then when I remove it with water and try to apply my concealer, everything becomes a cakey mess and I end up starting all over. I'll be cancelling my auto delivery...just wish I could return the first shipment, but since I threw everything away, I'm stuck. Maybe I'll try it on my hands like one of the other reviews suggested.....

Love it!
I'm on auto delivery, so how do you think I like it. Easy too use. But don't use too much or it looks like white spots. You should see no color. I've told friends. It great!
