Love These!
I have tried everything under the sun as far as lip products go and I love these! Yes, I feel that they are initially sticky, however that goes away within minutes and they always leave my lips well conditioned. I live in a dryer climate and if I don't use something on my lips pretty much continually, then I am left with dry uncomfortable lips. Also, I am a brunette and I also don't mind the lighter colors, if you want more color you could always wear a lip stick under. I like to do a smokey eye and a more natural lip color or not a lot of make up and a natural lip color - either way it works for me.

Sorry Maureen, usually I love your products
These are ok in the sense that I like the moisturizing element to them. However, I had to send back my set because of 3 flaws: 1) my boyfriend actually said it was sticky when I kissed him and he was right the texture was too sticky, 2) the colors in my set were WAY too light for a brunette -- Maureen, I really want to like your lip glosses and your lip crayons, but PLEASE how about some berry colors or mauves for brunettes? we can't wear all of these melons, corals and peaches. The colors are only good for lighter skin tones. 3) I wish there was more shine to the lip glosses. I had to use too much to get any effect and it felt heavy on my lips. Tarte products are my favorite, but I just keep waiting for colors in the lip products that can be used by brunettes. Thanks!

Didn't like this product at all..Openned box, tried the Pure Optic Liquid Lipstick....YUCK! .. It was very sticky!! Put it back in the box and returned it! Not a happy camper!

Lip Balm Addict No More!!!
The colors are amazing..blah blah. LOL!! What I truly love is the healing effects of these lipsticks..my lips feel wonderful and I have no need to put on lip balm constantly all day. If you are on the fence, you should buy.. the colors are pretty, feels good, and heals & moisturizes. The product lasts and is well worth buying!!! LOVE IT!!!

When Maureen was on in March, I got these and totally love them. They are very moisturizing and make your lips look luscious. These aren't sticky like other glosses I have tried. And they have very nice color. Would definately buy again. In fact I liked all the products I have purchased from Tarte, (last months tsv was fantastic) I havr thrown out all other make up. I am exclusively a tartlett now!!!

best lip treatment
At work, I talk on the phone 8 hours a day, and my lips get really dried. Also when I sleep, I'm a mouth breather, which is very drying. I've tried many balm sticks and treatments with no success. My lips peel and then bleed. I tried this set, and I immediately saw and felt an improvement. I've thrown away my other products. Finally I found something that works.

LOVE THESE (HUBBY DOES TOO)
I absolulely love Tarte Pure Optic Liquid Lipstick, it stays on, feels yummy and my husband likes the scent of peppermint. He doesn't complain about "lipstick smell" They are my absolute fave and I have tried everything, including the high price department store brands. Tarte, you have a customer for life!!

No kissing!
This is the stickiest Lipstick I have ever used. Don't plan on wearing this for a date or some smooching with your hubby cause he will not like the consistency of this stuff. Yikes.

Very Thick
This is the second time I've tried Tarte's lipstick/glosses. They are are too thick and awful texture on the lips....needs to be improved ALOT! I would have returned them, but didn't because by the time I tried each of them, the 30 days were up.
Very disappointed in these products and I have purchased a lot of Tarte products, but these were awful.

I love this lipstick set. The colors great and it applies smoothly. The best thing of all it that it's NOT STICKY!!! Thank you for making a great lipstick.

Love these lipsticks!
I am a lip sick fanatic and I love these from Tarte. Very creamy and goes on great. Be careful and don't turn to much out at one time then it gets a little thick. I love the colors. Would definitely order Again.

bad applicator, goopy consistency
I should have returned these but I didn't; they are awful goopy consistency, sticky and thick, not something that you want to put on your lips................
