Refreshing in feel, gorgeous in finish!
Having long been a fan of upscale finishing powders and the alchemy they can work for your skin and setting your makeup to last all day, I looked forward to trying this *liquid* powder. Wow! After the refreshing cool experience of this on your face, you'll next notice that this powder provides a gorgeous finish to your makeup...blurring any lines, softly highlighting in a youthful way (no glitter, just subtle radiance) and setting your makeup to last all day. And it's true --- a little goes a long way! The additional nice surprise for me was that it also helps obscure pores but not covering up the natural beauty of your skin. I've now been using this powder daily for a few weeks and can happily say that it DOES hydrate your skin and is consistantly marvelous :-) Now I can look forward to keeping Josie Maran Luminous Hydrating Liquid Powder as my go-to finishing powder but not be harnassed to paying the high price of designer department store finishers which don't deliver half as much! Thank you!

Smooth, Fresh Finish!
Love the finsih this powder gives me! I just tap some into the lid and swirl my brush around. Tap off the excess and apply. It gives me a smooth, dewy finish.. I like the cool feeling I get as i apply it! I am 54 years young, partly due to many of Josie's products:)

Good Product
My only complaint is I can't really tell how much to put on and it is easy to spill from tapping it into the lid. The bare minerals tubs work better. I like the way it feels I'm just not sure if I like it as much as bare minerals illuminating mineral veil.

Not what I expected
While watching the product being sold on QVC, it seemed like the powder was life changing...totally not what I was expecting. It was stated, "It is a powder but goes on as a liquid"...not true. It was also stated that it could be used as a foundation. That statement is true but it does nothing to my face but make it shimmery. It doesn't revitalize my skin or make it feel any different. I feel like it can be wiped off by a hand to my face. I am not happy with this product and wish I hadn't have spent the $46 or so on it. On the plus side, the brush is really nice. Other than that, I give the product a 1 out of 5 stars!

Perfect powder
Josie, Josie, Josie - You have done it again! I am a 55 year old woman who had given up powders. I have tried them all. I use this on top of the Protect and Perfect Tinted Lotion with a little Color Stick and viola, my face looks perfect and the makeup lasts all day. The powder glides on and does not set into the lines. I even use it as a eyeshadow base.

Gives you a look of a powder donut
I didn't like this one bit .. It made my face very dry and I applied it as a finishing powder over my make up and it ruined my face. I looked as if I took confectioner sugar and put it on my face. I have an oily T zone and this made my face so dry I felt as if my face was going to crack every time I talked or smiled.

You will feel beautiful!
o.k., this is my second review for Josies products. They go on beautifully,not a heavy feel at all. I have the color stick,and the under eye illuminizer- now this great powder! I also have a few more of her items ordered- cant wait! While standing in line at a clothing store last week a complete sranger complimented my skin. While chatting I mentioned my 32 year old daughter, and 7 year old grandaughter- she was floored! She thought I was in my mid- thirties!!!! Need I say more! I love your products,Josie. Try them ladies- They are wonderful!!

Just use a little
A very light dusting of this powder will keep it from being too pale on your face. The impulse is to use too much as it feels so hydrating and cool as it is brushed on. Finishes the face well and lasts. With the retractable brush you can put a bit on the brush, retract it, and take along with you for later.

Quality Product
I am a big fan of Josie Maran anyway. I use her Argan oil also. This product goes on smooth and flawless. I also love her Argan balm product. Keep up the good work Josie and thanks!!

Very nice
This is a nice powder that leaves the skin not feeling too clumpy and puts a nice finish on your face. The brush is nice but I do not understand why it does not retracked into the tube so once you take the top off you cannot replace the top again. That is a bad design. I do like that you can wear the powder and it does not settle in creases in face.

Another Favorite
I have purchased, over the last year, all 3 of Josie Marans Hydrating Liquid Powders. The regular one is very nice, but more of a matt finish with the odd scent, but does blur pores and wrinkles. The gold one has a delicious scent of vanilla/coconut, and brightens your skin with a cooling sensation and the brush that comes with it is very nice too, and also blurs pores and wrinkles. This Hydrating Powder has no scent at all but a definite cooling sensation when applying. It blurs pores and wrinkles and has a nice flesh tone to it and brightens you skin a little. The brush that comes with this is very nice as well and feels very soft on the skin. So, out of the 3, my 2 favorites are the Gold Hydrating Liquid Powder and this Lunimous Hydrating Liquid Powder.
