Loved this bag at first....but
This was my second Dooney & Bourke bag and i was so excited. I loved it from the moment I took it out of the box. However - I have had it about 45 days now and the bottom of it has a whole in the fabric! There are also a couple of places by the front zipper pockets that look like they are going to tear now too. I could not believe it - for the amount of money I spent on this bag it is a shame. I am very careful with my bags too. It sits on my desk at work and hangs on a hook every night at my home. Well it is too late to return it and the easy payments will still keep coming - so i am stuck. :(

The perfect handbag!!
I received this handbag recently. This is absolutely perfect!! This is my 10th D&B and I needed one that was a bit bigger. This one is not too big and not too small. The leather is top quality, durable, and will obviously last for many, many years. I highly recommend this handbag to everyone. Thank you so much for the fine quality handbags.

Love this purse
I wasn't sure of the color combination but when I received it, it took my breath away. It is just the right size and i had no problems with the zippers in front. I have several D&B's. and they go way back when cellur phones were very small. That's how long i've been collecting Dooney purses'. I love the color combination, you can wear it with black and brown and any other color to give it a pop to your outfit. Not sure why the negative reviews. Because mine is beautiful and I absolutely LOVE it. If you're on the fence about it girls, go for it.

Best bag for in the go and work.
I love the style and color (grey, tan, beige). Perfect for work and on the go. My husband even completed the on the color and style. He is able to recognize D&B handbags now.

Larger than I expected, but just right!
This bag is a good size, and can fit lots of extras. The outside zippers were a little stiff at first but aren't a problem. The material is soft, a little like cotton and I was pleasantly surprised by that fact. The color was just as I saw it on- line. It goes with anything and is a great spring/summer bag!

Zippers hard to use - Bag Smaller than "medium"
The otherwise lovely bag fails to live up to the usual DB standards in the following ways:
Zippers. Difficult to use and pull as other reviewers have noted. They also look industrial and somewhat low quality.
Center zipper and opening to bag body: Again, zipper hard to use and the overall opening into the bag body is narrow and short so entry into bag is difficult.
Bag is HEAVY even though it's cloth.
However, the color (tan/beige/grey) is lovely, loved all the interior pockets and the leather and handle are lovely as well.
Other reviewers noted all the plastic coverings and tissue used in packing. I did not find that an issue.
I would have returned the purse due to above info but I missed the 30 days so I will be selling the brand new, unused bag online.

Beautiful!
This is a very beautiful bag. Nice to look at and looks good with everything. Even my daughter, who buys nothing but the big "C" bags, was impressed. There is alot of hype about the zippers on the front but I noticed that the more I used them the easier they were to open.

MOst Forgiving Bag
This bag molds into whatever shape you need this to be. I have been stuffing it in my locker @ work and it totally fits. Comes out in its original shape. I really enjoy this bag this makes about my 16th bag and it is becoming one of my favorites.

Problem With Zippers!!!
I was so looking forward to getting this beautiful bag but sadly, as others already stated in their reviews, the zippers on my handbag do not function the way they should. They are all very hard to use and the front zippers don't want to open no matter how hard I tug at them! I really consider that as "damaged". Dooney bags should be perfect! I am very disappointed and am sending this one back due to that reason.

welcome this different bag to my collection
Yes there was a lot of plastic, yes it took a bit of time to get all unwrapped but it was all worth it! I love this bag and it is different than than the other 3 Dooneys I own so I like that. The zippers in the front are hard to work but I have been using it for about a week now and it is getting easier. I bought it as a one time only on easy pay and saved about $25.00 over the price it is at now, what a bargain! I am seeing some on the shows today with bags that are far more than what I paid for this one and not nearly as big and original. Mine has black and red and it is just beautiful.
