LEATHER LIKE SEAMS STARTING CRACKING AND SPLITTING
I LOVED THIS PURSE, BUT AFTER A MONTH AND A HALF, THE UP AND DOWN SEAMS CRACKED AND SPLIT, LETTING ME KNOW THAT THIS IS NOT LEATHER.....TOO BAD, BECAUSE I LOVED THE LOOK AND THE POCKETS....BACK TO THE DRAWING BOARD SEARCHING FOR ANOTHER HANDBAG NOW....DARN IT.

"As Is" is the best!
I bought this purse online. I haven't bought an "As Is" purse before but I thought why not. QVC wouldn't sell bad purses. And I was right. I was in perfect condition! Not a thing is wrong with it. I will look at "As Is" purses first before buying a purse at regular price. If you haven't tried a "As Is" purse, I suggest you do. You won't be sorry!

So far, so good
I've purchased other "as is" handbags with no problems. It wasn't until after I had received this bag and started using it that I read the dreadful reviews about cracking of the seam edges. So far in the three weeks of using the bag, it still looks good. Actually, I think this bag is really "posh" looking. I'm hoping to use it for a good long time!

Beautiful Bag but......
I purchased this bag in the beautiful gray suede in November for myself, I couldn't wait for it to arrive, it was everything I thought it would be and more. I put it back as I wanted to wait until December to start using it. I liked the bag so much that I purchased another one in gray and gave it as a gift. December finally arrived and with the holidays and all, I forgot to get my bag out to start using it. So in early March I finally got it out and I started using it, I used it for approximately two weeks and the piping started cracking all over the entire bag making it look cheap and I couldn't believe that this purse did this. Now I will not use the bag as it looks cheap and ugly and I even though it is past the 30 day return period, I'm returniing it for a full refund! I contacted the persono whom I gave the other bag too to see if hers cracked, and sure enough it had. She didn't want to say anything because she knew I paid good money for the bag and she knew I'd be upset. So now, instead of sending 1 of them back, I'm returning both as defective bags and requesting a total refund for both bags.
I really liked this hand bag, I liked the 3 compartments and it actually helped me to keep my things orderly and neat. I am just so sad to have to send what were beautiful handbags back, but there is no way I'm keeping them and there is no way a bag that you pay this amount of money for should crack like this. I have less expensive bags that I've had for years and years that I still use and they are in better shape than these two bags are put together!
I will be returning these 2 bags, and will NEVER purchase another Tignanello bag as long as I live. If it would've only happened to me, that would be one thing, but it happened to a friend whom I gave this to as a gift, how embarrassing is that???
If you are planning on purchasing this handbag, beware that the piping all around the outside of the bag is eventually going to crack and make the bag look ugly. It doesn't take too long for it to happen either 2 weeks it took for mine to start and now it looks so bad I had to stop using it.
This was the worst purchase I have ever made, and I thought this was a good purse. For the price it definitley should've held up more than 2 weeks. I am definitley requesting my hard earned money back for these two bags as this is definitely a defect in this product. Now as I read the reviews, people who were thrilled with this bag are not so thrilled becasue they experienced the same cracking of the piping just like I did.
Tignanello, I think you need to go back to the drawing board with this purse and figure out why the piping cracked and fix the problem instead of continuing to put this bag out for people to purchase. I see its already out in summer colors, they will more than likely do the same exact thing that these bags did as they are identical to these bags only they are leather Vs. leather/suede.

Disappointed
I guess I should've read the reviews before purchasing this bag because the bag I received also has the same problem with the cracked piping. I really liked this bag and thought it was a great bargain.Unfortunately the piping being cracked the way it is makes this bag unusable for me. I will definately be sending this back.

Best "as is" purchase yet
I ordered this purse early Winter. There were no tags on it but it was in perfect condition. I carried this purse just about all Winter..received many compliments & it held up very well. Packed up for now but will definitely carry it again next Winter.

So disappointed
I purchased this bag in August, I received the bag and didn't use it until December, it looked beautiful. Living in Florida I had to wait to use it. I used it a couple of weeks and didn't zip the center section but a couple times and it ripped down beside the zipper a couple of inches. Unfortunately it was purchased more than 30 days ago. Have another Tignanello on order am sending it directly back. WILL NEVER BY ANOTHER BECAUSE OF SUCH POOR QUALITY.......

loved it but......
i was so excited to get my bag in august, i did not start using my black suede bag until
October, so when i discovered the piping on the front cracking..i was so upset...i loved this bag.....until it started looking so cheap with all the cracks in the piping! Sooooo I returned it for a full refund.So now its back to shopping again for a winter purse..to me I paid alot of money for a nice black suede purse....and now i don't have one! So disappointed.

Disappointed with the Piping
I LOVE the handbag, but after using it for a month the piping on the front of the bag has broken apart. I feel that the piping was just too stiff for the soft flexibility of the bag. I have had NO problems with any of the other Tignanello bags I have.
