Poor quality
I was so excited to receive this jacket but totally disappointed when I opened the package and three of the buttons were already off the front! So I inspected the rest of the jacket and all the buttons need to be reinforced. I thought the quality would be better coming from Rachel Zoe piece.

Arrives Quite Messy
Love this jacket, however all of the jackets from qvc come very wrinkled,and have to go to the cleaners for a major pressing. As much as shipping is, not much care on the inside. Plan to spend more for professional pressing.

Didn't Work for Me
This jacket is well made but I don't feel it warrants the price! The buttons are so so, the indigo is a cross between blue and purple and the whole thing was way too tight. Disapointed...

Very well Taylored
Very chic, classic cut....Ordered a 12...which fits me perfectly...Wear a Medium in Louis del O jackets, and D Basso.....didnt find the sleeves too long....will be my go to jacket for both evening classic dress, or an upscale jeggings look...Thank U Rachel!

It's Going Back
I was disappointed in the fit and look of this jacket. I ordered it in black. It looked washed out, too long, and was tight. In addition, I didn't find the fabric soft at all. It was a little scratchy even. This won't stop me from ordering Rachels garments in the future. This one just didn't work out.

Rachel you are amazing!!!!
Got my offwhite jacket yesterday and when I tried it on and felt it,,,all I could think of was "Oh Rachel you truly are amazing"! It fit perfectly! Very nicely done! So many little details that are sooo appreciated! I am waiting for my black one to arrive:]. I would say it runs a little small and glad I listened to others. I normally wear a med-large in tops and jackets...I got a 12 and it fit perfect. Thank-you Rachel! I keep adding to my collection from you!

Television Misinterpretation
It must be my tv, but this jacket did not resemble what I saw on air, especially related to color. I ordered the indigo color and recieved a purple jacket! Additionally, the fabric and buttons looked so cheap...I was so disappointed! No more RZ for me!

Love
I read all the reviews on this blazer and kept going back and forth,so glad I got it . Got the winter white and thinking of going back for the black too. This is a classic blazer that will never go out of style. The fabric is so soft. The size 10 fits like a glove, I usually wear an 8-10 .The sleeves are a bit long like all of Rachel's clothing but it is still ok. The blazer is beautifully constructed and lined like a true designer piece.

bought this jacket in the cream. top notch tailoring. sleeves were a little long but i will keep it anyway. i hope to go back for the navy when i pay down my q card. would love some pants in the same material for a suit look.

Great Jacket!
Love this jacket....fits like a dream and soooo stylish! The quality of the construction of this garment is fabulous. I purchased it in the ivory color and love, love, love it!! Rachel, please offer pants in same fabrics for us gals who like the suited look.
