Too tight
I loved the look of this shoe but it did not fit my ankle. Where I was able to strap it was too little left on the strap to hold shoe to my foot. Sorry but it went back.

Great walking shoes!
I have never seen a pair of sandals that are built for walking! We walk at work and I can wear these shoes on a 2mile walk with complete comfort! They look good on my feet too!
Perfect for summer walking , shopping,or any where!

Too loose
I loved the shoes, but they ran too big around the ankle and foot area. Was not able to tighten them up enough. I love the Ryka brand but these were just too loose. Sent back.
Would only recommend if the friend had fat ankles & feet.

AGREE WITH OTHERS - STRAP WAY TOO SHORT AND MAKES!
WOULD NOT STAY ON MY ANKLE EVEN 5 SECONDS. I AGREE WITH THE OTHERS. UNLESS YOU HAVE BASICALLY NO ANKLE AT ALL, THIS WILL BE TOO SHORT FOR YOU. THE NOISE IS TYPICAL OF RYKA!!! I HAVE ANOTHER PAIR THAT SQUEAKS AND MAKES NOISES AS THOUGH YOU ARE PASSING GAS WHEN YOU WALK!! VERY EMBARRASING. WILL NOT BE BUYING ANYMORE RYKA. TOO MANY PEOPLE WITH SAME COMPLAINTS AND NOTHING SEEMS TO BE DONE ABOUT IT!

Darn! Ankle strap too short - won't stay attached
What a shame because I really like this in tan but if I flex my foot the strap pops off and I have thin ankles! ! Back they go!

I have no trouble with the straps. Not sure what some of the others are talking about but these fit me very well and are very comfy. Really think they are so cute too.

Too much noise!!
It seems that Ryka does not look at customer reviews. I have these sandals for a year and customers have been complaining about the noise the shoe makes for that length of time. They are comfortable but the sound it makes is quite embarrassing. Either Ryka doesn't care about customer reviews or they cannot fix the problem. Too bad I would have bought another color.

Cute Sandal But...
They'll sit in my closet and I can't even give them away. Straps are so short that unless you have NO ankles, they will not stay closed. And if your feet swell...FUHGETABOUTIT!

Very disappointed
This shoe is something i desperately needed after a fall . The straps are far too short, but the thing that is worst of all is THAT EVERY STEP YOU TAKE IN THEM SOUNDS LIKE YOU ARE LOUDLY PASSING GAS....each shoe DOES THIS....... :(

great fit, comfortable but the ankle tab is too short and will not close.

Great sporty sandals
Don't know what the other reviewer 's are talking about with the strap being short.they fit perfect on me.... so cute too! i wear a 81/2...love the red,

FIRST BUT NOT MY LAST PAIR OF RYKA'S
Ordered these in tan 8.5 Med & was pleasantly surprised. My very first pair however being very satisfied may order in red or another color. I found the Velcro straps to be perfect. I have gout & arthritis in my toes & unable to wear anything but open or thong sandals. These are more comfortable than ones I purchased at local shoe store & paid $144.00 for them, what a bargain these are.
